- Despite court records being sealed in New Zealand this month, it has been widely reported that Louie and partying cohort, Danny Kass, were arrested for pot possession. As first time offenders (in NZ at least!), they "got off" of fines and jail by donating to a NZ charity. Louis's earnings from DWTS will be used to cover his monetary gift, for sure.

- I wasn't sure I would watch this season as I was thoroughly disgusted with the outcome of last season.....well now there is NO doubt I won't be watching, nor several other family members at their homes. So is ABC REALLY trying to fail?

As a Professor of Social Interaction and Women Rights, I can understand how some MEN may feel resentful and hate ridden so that there is no response to "activities" of abuse, other than to add to the already turmoil that they may be propagating with words, deeds and mis-representations.

- Tom Delay does NOT have a rap sheet. While it is technically true that Delay was indicted, it was a politically charged indictment by a democrat prosecutor from Dan Rather's own county. The Conspiracy charges were eventually thrown out by an appeals court judge.
