I think that given the fact that the "victims" were 18 years old, although it is definitely unprofessional for a teacher to do that, all that should happen is she should go into another profession.
18 is 18. Let it be.

I usually rip female teachers who prey on students and those that blow it off as no big deal.

...equal rights, equal pay, equal punishment under the law.

But if the kids are over 18 then it's an ethics issue and should be handled as such.

It sounds so stupid to me. These days, when a teacher sleeps with a student, especially if he's under 16 y.o., she's asking for trouble. The first thing he's going to do is tell his best friend(s) who, hold no allegience to her are going to tell everyone else, and within 24 hours, most of the school, students AND faculty are going to know it. Years ago, when I was about 16, we did not have access to cell fones and internet, and we had sense enough that if we had gotten 'lucky' with a desirable teacher, we KEPT OUR MOUTHS SHUT! ! I've been out of h.s. almost 50 years, and have never whispered a word to anyone, though, I believe there may have been other 'lucky' classmates, but we never blabbed.

Well at least she won't have to register as a sex offender if they all were of age. This is an ethics issue at best. An Were they current students? Gives a whole new meaning to homework and extra credit.

Seriously why is it a crime if they are of age?
