- How do we know she posted the video? Sure doesn't sound like her behind the camera, you see her standing on her sidewalk near her front door.
Why are the authorities involved at all on this?

- Everyone needs to get off their high horses, good grief! The mother should not have been arrested and CPS should not have been called either. I'm glad the good samaritan stopped the fight, however, the mom was not encouraging a fight, she was encouraging getting their disagreement taken care of in a reasonable way and with her there to supervise. She did not let anyone else get involved either. She was tired of her son being bullied, and everyone knows that the only way to handle a bully is to return the behavior. Bet the kid won't be bullying others...or at least not the one's with parents that have backbones! Let the cops arrest the ones out there who are really committing crimes, and CPS needs to worry about the kids already in foster care that need help, not two kids fighting in a their front yard...

- I'm very impressed by that bystander who put a stop to it. Good for him. Sounds as if he was just driving by, I could hear a car horn. We need more Nice Guys like him in this world. Thank you for doing the right thing, sir.

- What a trashy mother - a.k.a. Jennifer Zuniga turns out to be. Obviously she got nothing better to do in her life than to encourage her own son engage in a fight with someone else so that she could record the incidence and put it on the Internet for everyone else to watch and for what?
