- This has nothing to do with the war or anything else but a cruel person thinking they are cute. find her and charge her with animal cruelty then throw the book at her. make it public so everyone will know it will not be stood for without grave punishment.If she is underage then also make the no account parents pay for it as well.

- I don't believe it's a hoax. I have a female German Shepherd who's had 2 litters of puppies in her lifetime and also fostered a litter that was rejected by a local stray (this after my Shepherd was fixed). She's got weak legs now (she's 14 years old), yet she stood right up and was ready to save those puppies when she heard them crying in the video, and I'm wearing headphones!

That girl probably thought she was being 'cool' or 'hardcore' by putting those pups to death.
The person with the camera isn't so hot either.
I wonder how 'cool' she'll feel once the people in the town she's from see this.

- If I had the means I would personally knock on the door of this puppy killer and first off, whoop her parents for obviously not instilling some kind of morals into their child and secondly to grab her little @$$ and chuck her in the river to see how she fairs. What are the laws in her country about this sort of thing I wonder, and what is the punishment. I hope they still use some sort of midevil justice. May the lord give her the justice that man never will.
