- This happened to a friend of mine. When she was drunk, she got real flirty. And when he was drunk, he got real jealous. The fight got physical when they got home. After they both had time to think about it and sober up, they made a vow to each other never to drink alcohol again. They figured they just couldn't handle it. They've been married 18 years now and never any problem with violence since. They actually kept the vow they made.
When I read about these things, like what happened to Rihanna, I've noticed that it frequently happens after leaving a club or a party. I do wonder if there's a connection with the booze (or whatever.} - Reply to this comment

- This dude had a girlfriend? I'm not saying that I would ever hit a chick, but I understand.(chris rock). This dude is probably so paranoid about looking the way he does and having a girlfriend that he clearly freaked because of his insecurity. This is a clear case of why ugly dudes should chill and just hang with the biguns.

- So let me get this right: he takes his woman to a club (presumably dressed like a trick). He watches gleefully as men lust over his trick. Then when his trick lusts back, he beats her up. Seems kind of psychotic doesn't it?

- Had she lived by herself she could have left him where he was, and went home alone thus not presenting herself for the abuse. Single women don't learn...they believe in living with someone who is not their husband. I wonder why they get themselves in to this kind of trouble all the time. Have respect for yourself, take your time in finding the "right" one.

- There are different levels of flirting and apparently she was doing it at a higher level. If she was flirting at the party, do not hit her or get physical with her - dump her a.s.s, she is a GIRLFRIEND not a WIFE.
