- It should be a crime! Indecent exposure at the very least. Who wants to walk behind someone with their business out for the world to see; and not to mention walking in front of them! A woman was walking with her little daughter and a guy was coming directly at them with his pants so low, you could see the imprint of his *****. The little girl's head was literally parallel to this man's ***** and his boxers were gaping open!

- This is all too funny. Years ago when I was new to Portland people would tell me that there were times in the history of the city when it was completely acceptable to walk around the town NUDE. I never witnessed this, but it demonstrated that just about anything was possible with humans! Personally, I think it a foolish fashion statement, not unlike women wearing 5" and 6" spiked heels. Hopefully neither group will have to run for their lives anytime soon.

- Indecent exposure? What are you guys, like a hundred years old? I'm almost 50, and although I think its very distasteful, it's not indecent exposure, good God. Exactly what are they exposing? If that's your ill logic, then you better start arresting just about every plumber, gymnast, figure skater, and every person at the beach (who all expose more than these "pants on the ground" guy).
