- WoW! I'm having TV commercial DejaVue....
There's a commercial in which congress is run by firemen. The Economy, Ecology and other little problems are solved in short order... the point being... I'm not sure.
But, anyway, I think Obama liked that commercial. He goes from one problem to another as though he's being scored on Jeapardy. This is all very over-whelming. The Trillions are adding up fast. The bailouts, stimuli, rebates, loans, mortgage assistance, etc are totaling over 10 Trillion Dollars so far. Somebody stop this guy - it's not TV, this is reality! - Reply to this comment

No, I do not. It's a matter of how much the investment will earn for me in comparison to alternatives in relationship to the risk of loss.

You are wrong. This recession is most often dated as beginning in December of 2007.
When the Democrats took control of Congress in January of 2007 (after the 2006 election)... they had a very slim majority that was never "veto" proof. They were essentially a majority without a voice.

- The recession began under GW Bush's watch. He is not by any means solely responsible -- that distinction belongs to a perfect storm of government, business and personal irresponsibility.
While it is incorrect to blame Bush, it is far more incorrect to blame Obama. Declaring this mess should have been fixed in six weeks and two days is not a rational thought.

Our (my family) investments have dropped, but this has occurred roughly over the last fourteen months.
The current recession started when Bush was president "on his watch" so to speak. No he was not solely responsible for the collapse -- that distinction goes to many, many facets of government, business and personal irresponsibility.

How'd you like Comrade Bam Bam's lies about the $1.6 trillion dollars in savings from Iraq! He kinda left out that $1.6 trillion dollars in savings was calculated on funding the troops at surge level through 2019, WHICH IS AN IMPOSSIBILITY!!!!! Well, I am taking about the healthcare reform. My opinion is that we must do like, we are doing with banks and insurances. We must stop the Mafioso handle from health insurance and take full control from this body of abuse. We are losing money and time in searching solution to somenthing that is total; rotten.
