Bush already put $3 TRILLION toward the bailout by handing over billions to wealthy bankers, further concentrating wealth to the few.

We are on the hook for $300 billion in Citibank debt alone.

I hope the new bailout concentrates on the average citizen, since that''s most of us.

Welcome to Ohbeemie''s "Socalist American Nation". The writing was on the wall. Wonder if he realizes that over 60% of the "People" do not support his "European Socalist Plan"

Fun to see how the market reacted realizing that the Ohbeemie administration has no clue as to how to get out of this mess. Instead the add more to it. Bend over America and hold on to your ankles for it is going to hurt ---- A LOT ---

One of the hardest things to deal with in the current economic depression is the disgusting hypocrisy of the U.S. congress, the new president, and the members of the Federal Reserve System. It is one thing to be told, as we all are, that we must hand over fat wads of our hard-earned money to these warmongering and thieving snakes or face jail terms, but one feels a whole new level of revulsion when these people make statements to the effect that they, and they alone, are in a position to "save the economy" by "creating jobs." These statements are made by people who have done virtually everything in their power to destroy the American economy over the last few decades, but who have now proclaimed themselves to be our saviors.
Webmaster''s Commentary:

That is the scam of government. They CREATE the "problem" then sell us the solution to it. Whether it was the "Red Menace", or the "War On Drugs" or the "Rape Crisis" or "Saddam''s Nooks", or "The War On Terror", or "Human Caused Global Warming", it is the same swindle over and over again; create the illusion of a problem, then offer to sell us the solution in exchange for higher taxes and blind support for the candidate/agenda.

$2 billion a week in Iraq, while Iraq is sitting on $80 billion in oil profits is absurd! That money pumped into our economy would help the crisis. Tax cuts for the top 1% wealthy Americans, Iraq, billions in tax breaks for Big Oil and drug companies that have profits of $40 billion per quarter, etc. All money that could be better spent on fixing the economy. Government waste is at such a huge level feeding the rich that $800 billion to help the American people pales in comparison. Our leaders need to be responsible with all the money they give to big business with outragous Ceo pay.

You''ll laugh, you''ll cry, you''ll kiss another $Trillion$ good-bye......(and all the Road and Infrastructure Construction Projects will be awarded to Ruling Elite Corporations that''ll employ only Illegal Mexicans for $5 bux an hour, while the Middle Class will get more of the same, namely Squat).......
Think about it, if you actually wanted to get the economy back to normal as quickly as possible, where would you insert money??? At the very Top, where it''s proven it only finds it''s way into the pockets of a few Ruling Elite Criminal Scumbags, or into the Middle Class, which has been destroyed on purpose for the last 8 years??? Eventually, all money finds it''s way back to the Greedy Bankers anyway, why not route it through the Middle Class first where it''ll actually do some good???........No, let''s just give it to the Ruling Elite Scumbags again and let it "Tricle Down"..... after all, that Plan has worked out so well in the past.....................not

We are witnessing the collapse of America. We can''t just keep "servicing" each other. Someone has to make something here in America. We MUST start buying American cars and other products or even the white collar people won''t have jobs. I have a *** car currently and love it, but my next vehicle will definetly be American made regardless of any edge foreign made cars may have.
