All these attacks on Huckabee are for pure political gain. You don't see these same people out there with the same intense velocity trying to bring light to the injustice on the unborn children, do we?

Since Roe vs Wade, there has been nearly 50 Million abortions on defenseless little children. Yes, thats right 50 Million! That's like the entire population of say 22 US States wiped out. Where?s the same people yelling and screaming trying to bring light to that huge injustice of innocent life taken away?

Just because little children in the womb are small doesn?t make them un-important in society. They too have a heart, mind, different DNA and soul too! Sure like to see the same people who are bashing Huckabee for injustice do the same for the injustice brought on by Roe vs Wade. They won?t, because their yelling is not to stop injustice, but rather for political gain.

Our thoughts and prayers goes out to the police officers who lost their lives protecting this great country of ours. They are truly great American Hero's.

Really?!? I'm pretty sure it says he reduced the sentence to 47 years and then the PAROLE BOARD let him go... Huckabee was doing what was fair for a 16 yr old boy and it was blown out of proportion. Like he said he couldn't see 9 years down the road or read Clemmon's mind to know he would do this one day. At the time he hadn't done any heinous crimes.

Huckabee was a great governer and did much for the state of Arkansas. It just seems to be easy to bash someone for their decision, when no one knows exactly what went into that decision at the time... How about next time you run for office and make your own decisions, and see the outcome YEARS down the road. Or just sit on your tail and judge those who dare to make a difference...

Dear Governor Huckabee. I have always been a supporter, and live in your state of Ar. I can't tell you how dissapointed I am with you. You say you are taking full responsibility for your actions. What does that mean, Mike? Are you going to support those 9 babies that have to grow up without a parent? Are you going to support the widows and orphans that you know is a biblicaly correct? Are you going to pay for therapy for that poor raped little girl? Are you going to send her to college? We want to know what you are going to do for all the victims of your decisions. I know this is a time of great guilt and remorse for you. I know you are hurting. But so are the victims and their families. You can't bring back the fallen, but we want to see some action from you. Those families shouldn't have to want for anything. Put your money where your mouth is. If you accept responsibility, then do it. We are watching and we will continue to watch. It shouldn't be the job of the public to take care of these people. It should be YOU. If you hadn't put your signature on that paper, nobody else would have had the opportunity to make bad decisions. A jury worked hard to convict him, and you trashed their decision. What are you going to do about it?

Like it or not Maurice Clemmons is Huckabee?s Willie Horton. Politically, the governor is toast.

Hey Mike. When someone is sentenced to jail for over 100 YEARS, there has to be a REASON! It's not like he was jay walking and the judge was having a really bad day. The justice system wanted to put this person away for a long, LONG time, because that's where he needed to be, away from guns, away from cops, away from people, away from everybody. You let him loose. The blood of four dead cops is on your hands.

Stop with the "blaming everybody else" nonsense. YOU, Sir, let him loose. If it waren't for you, he would still be in jail.

What kind of a judge gives a 16year old 108years for theft and minor crimes. The ugly stinch of racism and prejudice definitely comes into play. For those of you rushing to cinclusions, the reason the guy probably got to be the way he is might have something to do with how he was treated by the criminal justice system. Huckabee at the time was probably just looking at a ridiculous prison term for a 16year old, what followed I think the justice system should be blamed for.

The kind dealing with someone who later kills 4 cops for no reason.
Last time I checked, all you have to do to avoid being treated in any way by the criminal justice system to to not commit crimes.
You actually think he got 108 years for "minor crimes"??
What kind of judge lets a career criminal accused of CHILD RAPE out on bail, especially one who had ALREADY gotten the sentence he deserved long ago and let out by an idiot?

All the criminals have to do is tell people like Huckabee they got religion and then will let them out. Sorry no free pass on this one.

This situation is very sad. Nine children have lost a parent, three have lost a spouse, four sets of parents have lost their child. Mike Huckabee's decision 9 years ago started the ball rolling and once he commuted the sentence the course of criminal activity moved forward.

The only good thing that has come from this horrible situation is that Mike Huckabee would not be dumb enough to decide to run for president. He is exactly what we don't need and his decision making leaves much to be desired.

RIP, officers. Love and peace to your families, especially to the children.

Most governors who grant clemency are NOT bleeding hearts...but that doesn't stop the right wing from depicting them as bleeding hearts anyway.

Now it's your turn Huck. How's it feel?
