Another "much ado about nothing" story! As the last paragraph makes clear, Obama's record for 2012 year to date is quite similar to GWB's record for 2004 year to date. Bush had more "press availabilities," but Obama had more solo press conferences. And neither had a solo press conference between mid-June and mid-August. So what else is new?
P.S. If the House were willing to pass the farm bill or the Jobs Act or any of the other legislation Obama has asked it to pass, I'm sure he'd be happy to have a press conference. But since the House refuses to act on any of this pending legislation, what is there to talk about?

And, CBS, the man's title is PRESIDENT Obama. Not "Mister" Obama.
