If they can't ship the jobs overseas and still function, they just shut them down, file for bankruptcy, and pocket everything. It's really a brilliant business strategy that has created many multimillionaires (many PhD's in microeconomics even believe Mitt Romney might be a billionaire), but it is horribly immoral. Especially when you get into storing your wealth in hidden, overseas bank accounts. You need to pick up a newspaper that isn't the Drudge Report or Heritage Magazine sometime.
