You can be gay or Republican, but you can't in good conscience be both. Being a gay Republican is like being a Jewish Nazi.

There are so many posts from Christians who are filled with hate. They make Christianity (and its political party, the Republicans) look like an angry religion, stuck in the past, filled with grumpy old men. Hmmm, I think I just described them all pretty well.
Your God didn't preach hate. None of you Christian/Republicans seem to get that.
Good luck to them both although I don't like Mary Cheney since she is just like her corrupt father. Right now the GOP is working to have the Supreme Court decide against gay rights, gay marriage or even gay adoptions. That is the GOP of today. No Christian principles, but lots of hate against people who just want to be left alone to live their lives like everyone else. That means being able to marry the one they love.
I think Mr. Cheney's support of gay marriage doesn't go much beyond his daughter. Let's put him in a debate with the new head of the Southern Baptist Convention.
