sounds like racial profiling. wonder why the law does not specify that anyone stopped by law enforcement, for any legal reason, must prove citizenship regardless of their skin color. there are illegals from china, russia, ukraine, and other nation states besides hispanics from central and south america. cubans are given a free pass if they make it to florida so why not others? everyone should be required to prove citzenship if stopped by law enforcement for any reason from tickets to whatever.

After WW2 England went with a national policy, and it works well. Japan, Germany, Italy, the Axis forces got, national healthcare.
During the war, FDR, author of the "NewDeal" which changed the constitution so the average american can live in a society without the fear of a future in poverty...He also was championing his 2nd Bill of Rights, which would have been a great thing for the average american. He died, and that dream died with him because the republicans would have nothing of it.
