forget about the DNC/RNC voter ID laws the big story is 42 USC 1971 - Sec. 1971. Voting rights Illegal to bound delegates. RNC Rule 38 says same thing.. A little trust busting of the RNC/DNC, MSM media cartel (including CBS NBC CNN FOX NPR Pearson), TBTF banks, Military industrial cartel..
Perhaps Paul will not be nominated...perhaps the "presumed nominee" will be disqualified when Allen Stanford is sentenced for SEC violations next month and the rest of the indictments are revealed. Who can say at this point? In any event, the MSM has failed to cover the voter disenfranchisement in Iowa, Maine, Washington,Nevada, Missouri, and Alaska.Contrary to what is reported here, this R3volution is not over....it's just beginning. TRUTH IS TREASON IN THE EMPIRE OF LIES. RP2012.
Mitt Romney has still yet to prove he was born in the United States in the first place. The releasing of the easily forgeable certificate of live birth that he pushed out last week still proves nothing. And a certificate of live birth is not the same as an original birth certificate. For all I care Romney and Obama shouldn't even be on the ballot in the first place til they can prove there eligibility.
ron paul has not a chance. if anything he is only muddying up the waters and anyone voting for paul where he is still on the ballot or anyone continuing to support his run will only help obama. he never really had a chance. ron paul tried it as a libertarian and failed then ran as a republican, failed again. the man never had mass appeal.
He may never have had "mass appeal" in the media but if you compare his event engagements and the throngs of supporters who show up with standing room only, to the same events on the Romney or Obama events, you will see who TRULY has that "mass appeal". We are all being duped by the media and led like the sheep we are!Believe the media, not your own lying eyes.
I am staying the course as long as Ron needs me. I strongly recommend others do to. Until Ron withdraws I will continue giving my 100 percent support. If he gets out in Tampa I hope he runs third party. Oly Ron Paul for me.
There is no choice but to continue support Ron Paul. Mitt Romney is a neoconservative that also supports NDAA. I could never vote for someone with that ideology.
11 CFR 100.2(e): ( http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/CFR-2011-title11-vol1/xml/CFR-2011-title11-vol1-sec100-2.xml ) Defining a national convention as a "Federal Election" for the purpose of electing a candidate for federal office. Which states:
"(e) Caucus or Convention. A caucus or convention of a political party is an election if the caucus or convention has the authority to select a nominee for federal office on behalf of that party."
&
42 USC 1971 - Sec. 1971. Voting rights: ( http://us-code.vlex.com/vid/sec-voting-rights-19251307 ) Which states:
"No person, whether acting under color of law or otherwise, shall intimidate, threaten, coerce, or attempt to intimidate, threaten, or coerce any other person for the purpose of interfering with the right of such other person to vote or to vote as he may choose, or of causing such other person to vote for, or not to vote for, any candidate for the office of President"
The Republican party is a private party. A legal voter/delegate is also considered a private party. These private parties are separately governed by numerous federal and state laws (depending on their location).
The Republican National Convention; however, is a federal election made up of multiple private parties which serve to nominate a candidate for the office of the Presidency (which is a federal office position).
The Republican National Convention itself is a federal election bound by federal laws.
These two federal laws alone prove that no state law or private party rule can force an individual to vote against their own free will for any federal election. Period!

Many many state conventions (where delegates are selected) must still take place. We're going to win in Tampa folks.
Ron Paul or bust in 2012!
