There are things the media doesn't want us to know. Those things would hurt their agenda. Two things the media has hardly nentioned are: 1) The tax added to new mortgages to pay for the temporary payroll tax reduction and 2) That the House of Representatives voted to give President Obama the line item budget veto. Aren't these important enough to cover extensively in the news?
This is a "make or break moment" for the middle class? Oh come now, surely there must be a limit to the hysterical hyperbole this President will employ in his re-election campaign speeches.
I love it. The republicons and there pig Norquest Tax evading way's are coming to a end. Everyone i talk to is going to vote the party of no out. Republicons won't be running are country anytime soon. And if i were a betting man they won't be running this country in our life time. I have never seen so much hate for a party. It's know wonder voter turnout at the primaries is at a all time low.
By "running are country" I'm assuming you are referring to a Democrat President and Dem controlled Senate and for a period, even a Dem controlled House.

What hypocracy. Obama tells us that we shouldn't be hiking taxes on Americans right now, but his budget contradicts his words. He has pushed through new taxes and fees throughout his Presidency, even though he promised not to do so. Sheryl Aktinson reported on the "modest mortgage fee" inserted in the 2 month extension that will cost a person buying a $200K house about $9,500. So, would I rather have my $1,000 holiday now and a $9,500 bill over the life of my mortgage or nothing at all? The choice is clearly nothing at all. And this is the President who throws more good money after bad in dealing with the housing crisis.
