My experience with NASCAR fans is they tend to be highly educated, very well paid, well mannered, respectful of new ideas, very original thinkers, avid readers and very well dressed. LEAVE THEM ALONE!

Pandering to the people who "cling to their guns and Bibles" was very transparent. Go shopping in London and Paris and leave us alone.

They're NASCAR fans ... what more needs to be said. Most probably have no more than a high school education, don't understand how the world works and cope with their lives by drinking, using drugs and watching cars go around in a circle. Education and progressive thought are not important.

My, oh my! Your snootiness is matched only by your social, intellectual and geographic bias. It must be spiritually painful to be so narrow-minded. For sure, it has to be emotionally terrifying to have such little self-esteem that you must tear down others to make yourself look better.

There is nothing more un-American right now that The Republican Party. First these right wing sicko's boo our troops and now the Frist Lady. The GOP is a bonafide anti-American "hate group".

Right on target, mountainstates1 ! HATE and FEAR MONGERING are the current hallmarks of the republican party. However, my father and I both used to strongly support them, something I'm hereby embarrassed to admit. I only hope they have some miracle happen and a strong leader eventually emerges, but it won't be any time soon. Yes, they are proving every day that governing the once most admired and successful country on the planet has been reduced to winning the game at any cost including trashing the country's economic prosperity and founding principles:

Personal liberty

Equal opportunity

Respect for the individual !!!!!!!!

Majority rule, with the rights of minorities protected being paramount

Democratic Values - separation of power, checks and balances, rule of law, popular sovereignity, limited government, equal representation of all.

why would you equate Rebublicans & Nascar? I know more democrats that are fans than republicans. The republicans are on the golf course. And by the way what is a frist lady? - while you're looking that up... look this up... I'll spell it phonetically for you IG-NO-RAME-US.

What can I say, the average citizen of our country needs someone to blame for their sh...ty lives, so, being good disrespectful cowards, they boo the very people who represent democracy. In so doing, they demonstrate to the rest of the world what a ridiculous, petty and hypocritical country we've become. I would never boo the Prez, the VP or any member of their family. What have you proven by doing so, other than spitting in your own face. The President, like him or not (and you have a chance to show if you don't when you vote) is still your President; that's the terms and conditions of living in a democracy. I've absolutely hated every instant I had to suffer under some recent leaders, but I would never have disgraced them publicly and especially not their wives --- geez, what kind of country have we become? Oh, I know, one whose citizens, especially in places like Florida, are led by scummy shock jocks! Oh yes, now it becomes clear, Rush Limbaugh lives in Palm Beach, FL. Need I say more?
