recently, very recently, a team of scientists extended ice core samples from 400 years in the past to 2000 years in the past. We now have a 2000 year record of climate change. We are in a naturally occuring global cooling period. The greenhouse effect is, however, still warming the planet as evidenced by all the scientifically derived temperature studies.
It has also been recently proven that global cooling has been going on for awhile. This natural effect has been counterbalanced by man made global warming...So, it is true that both global cooling and global warming are occuring simultaneously now. If global cooling had not been happening, global temps would now be about 2 1/2 degrees warmer that present temps. Global cooling and global warming are now happening simultaneously.
Correction...Naturally occuring global cooling is happening now...Man made global warming is also occuring now. Both a naturally occuring global cooling cycle and a man made global warming cycle are now in effect.

You said that Canadians were without doctors and so therefore without health care. THAT IS A LIE. The vast majority of Canadians have a doctor and if they don't, it's because they CHOOSE not to. My brother came back from Ontario and went online and found a list of doctors that have open practices. Also my daughter moved and wanted a new doctor, so she went to this company that gave her a list of names.
And if someone shouldn't have a doctor, then all they need to do is go to a clinic. No appointment necessary.
Oh, and about that friend of yours that was complaining. There are people that will b*tch about anything and everything. They are just not happy unless they are.

Good point, showing how much worse methane emissions are compared to the U.S.'s per capita emissions of carbon dioxide being the highest in the world.
So, since Americans eat far more beef and lamb than the rest of the world, requiring more destruction of forests in order to raise more meat for the carnivores, America adds to our 25% of the world's CO2 emissions with the highest amount of METHANE emissions as well.
So, all in all, America adds much more than just 25% of the world's greenhouse gas emissions with our huge amount of METHANE emissions, accelerating global warming even more!
Recent comments from UN head of global temperatures will moderate and then go up. Seems odd if the same cause still is in effect. Seems he might be making it up as it goes along since global temperatures have lowered over the last ten years.
