- Soldiers are not required to decide whether orders given to them are constitutional. They cannot commit war crimes with impunity, but that's pretty clear. This guy doesn't like Obama and is being used as a pawn by right-wingers who have bizarre conspiracy ideas that are delusional. He should be courtmartialed and sent to jail. I thought you right-wingers are all about defense and security. How would you like it if all members of the military suddenly decided that since Obama is not the legitimate president in their view, they should all refuse to do anything? Your notions are exasperatingly stupid!

- The only "proof" offered by Barry Soetoro (or the Obama campaign) has been an incompetently doctored JPG computer image of what purports to be a Hawaii "Certification of Live Birth" (COLB), a document which is *not* a birth certificate, and which can be issued to anyone resident in the State of Hawaii whether they were born there or not.
Indeed, one source stipulates that the doctored JPG image in question was drawn not from a COLB issued to Mr. Soetoro but rather to his maternal half-sister, Maya Soetoro-Ng, who was born in Djakarta, Indonesia. That COLB was apparently used as the template from which the forgery was devised.
See http://polarik.blogtownhall.com/ for further information (in grinding detail) on the nature of the forged COLB and how it was foisted upon our nation.
No real, stamped and signed Hawaii State utterance of any kind - COLB or birth certificate - has ever been submitted to a competent forensics document examiner regarding the "natural born" citizen status of the individual who unlawfully holds the office of President of these United States.
We've got us a "Nixon Moment" in the works, folks.

- The absurdity of this dialogue shows how desperate some people are to devoid themselves of taking responsbility for their choices. The soldier is a coward, pure and simple, and is resorting to a lame excuse to weasel out of his duty.
The reasoning goes by fanatical conservatives, that even though Obama's mother was a U.S. citizen, that Obama might not have been. That somehow, whether in Hawaii or perhaps some other location in the world, if Obama's father wasn't a U.S citizen, then he too wouldn't be. I might go futher to suggest that because Obama is the son of a U.S. citizen who is white, and his father who is black and not a U.S. citizen, that he would somehow not assume his mother's citizenship.
There is no fraud in this. How many children of a mother who is a U.S citizen, would not also be considered a U.S. Citizen no matter where they are born? - Reply to this comment

- I think that if Obama really wanted to be transparent he would simply post his real "LONG FORM" birth certificate rather than this certificate of live birth that anyone could have applied for after a birth...A certificate of live birth means nothing...

If these people want to know what Congress and BO are doing, go look at some of the bills being passed which are taking away our freedoms...the Hate Crimes bill, protecting gays which is actually attacking the bible...Cap and trade, which will raise your taxes by #3,000 a year per family....a bill which takes away where you want your child to attend school at...and we do not want the health care to pass. Our country cannot afford it and we are tired of not having a voice. It is our tax dollars being wasted. Oh and do you want to support a "national muslim day" while our national day of prayer is not being honored? There's a whole lot more if you go do some research on the internet or talk shows. Do not even attempt to let the mainstream media fill you in, it is a bunch of lies. Our Country is is distress.

I am not sure why this soldier is doing what he is, but I can tell you that I am VERY GLAD that it is now, finally, making national headlines.It is up to all of us, who want to know the truth, to keep this quest alive.
We know VERY LITTLE about this man. This man was chosen long before he announced his candidacy by George Soros and all those who follow behind him with the hope of a New World Order. The masses then were led by words only. Thankfully, not all of us and the numbers are increasing.Who is this man?

Does it make me more aware as to what is happening...YES.
With all it's warts, this country, our freedom as individuals, must be fought for..through intelligence, through marching and through not ever worshiping a god like figure as many Obama followers have done. This is how Hitler came into power. He came along at just the right moment.
