The point is not that Sotomayor is raked. It is that only two points have been found that are hardly worth raking any coals. And the noise that is made - does it come from Democrats?

Well, the TWO POINTS are....
She's a racist bigot that thinks she's smarter and wiser than anybody on the planet...
The other point is....81% of her cases in front of the SCOTUS have been overturned....because she's either STUPID...or she knows nothing about our Constitution...OR because she intentionally IGNORES our Constitution...

- So the U.S. government is a benevolent organization that only cares about the citizens correct? Gee, tell that to the honorable veterans who contiually get great treatment when they return from duty. The U.S. government is the least trusted organization I can think of. I would rather deal with GM and Citigroup. At least I know they are out to get me, but the U.S. government is just totally and utterly incompetent morons.

- I must have missed something, I was under the assumption that Obama was elected by a majority of american voters both popularly and according to the electoral college. According to what you say this is not so. How truly do you expect me to respect anything you say as a viable comment when you do not know the way our government works.
