La Raza is NOT the hispanic version of the KKK.

LMMFAO

Sessions is grandstanding, nothing more. He said as much in the interview,"I hope it's an educational moment", translation,"She will be confirmed, and there is nothing the GOP can do about it".

ALL JUDGES USE THEIR PERSONAL EXPERIENCES WHEN MAKING DECISIONS.

As, they are human beings.

Agreed! You would perhaps expect her to have the mind-set of some patrician blueblood who's a couple of chromosomes short due to inbreeding?

Of course her background is going to exert some influence over how she approaches and views various questions, just as the blueblood?s would...the Republicans just know enough to lie about it in the hypocritical manner of a serial adulterer like Newt Gingrich bellowing piously about family values, or a drug addict like Rush Limbaugh (All druggies should be sent up the river...no exceptions (besides himself) and I won?t even get into Larry Craig and the rest of the GOP (Greedy Outlaw Perverts)

Sessions hit the nail on the head. Why do we use the Blindfolded lady with the scales of justice as our symbal? It's because justice has to be blind in order to be fair. Sotomayer views the world through "race" colored glasses. She is a member of La Raza which is the hispanic version of the KKK but with more money.

Absolutely right. Impartial and equal justice is the foundation of our justice system. BTW, it was the principal used by the civil rights movement too.

Now the loony left wants to toss all that out to get their racist bigot seated on the Supremem Court.

It is truly shocking and disturbing that the loony left has grown so utterly immoral and corrupt, all in blind pursuit of their cynical partisan political agenda.

Nah, it was a stupid post. Sessions is grandstanding here. He's,"flabbergasted"?

Yet, if you ask ANY Judge, they ALL use their personal experiences when making decisions on the bench. How can they not? They are not robots, they are HUMAN beings. Judge Alito elluded to as much when he was nominated.

This is just a rallying cry by Sessions, to make the Republican base, (all 27 of them), feel good about themselves.

Just wait until the economy hits 15% unemployement
---------------

That will be, what, next month?

There will be blood in the streets.

When the liberal druggies can't afford their fix anymore, imagine an entire city of liberals going through withdrawal at the same time.

Obama nation!

EXCELLENT post!

Yes, the liberals always cry about others being above the law.

But they act like the law doesn't apply to themselves. They just make up laws as they go along.

Judicial impartiality? Feh! The liberals don't need that. Not when they have a politically correct Latino women trashing the Constitution.
