"If we don't pass this stimulis unemployment may reach 8% so this must be slamed through right away. Don't bother to read it" That worked out well.

We lived in Morocco from 1970-1973, at that time it WAS a good place to live. While there we witnessed two attempted attempts on the King's life by the military. True to muslim form they were put down and the culprits were executed publicly.
Still, the everyday people were wonderful and we made many friend.
As for "wonderful things coming out of Africa, I do believe the lemmings here would say that at least half of the messiah came out of Africa. Shame for him that his daddy left the family and went back leaving poor little barry to be raised by those nasty, racist white women.
