- Dont shop Wal-Mart, I hate the place !
Wal-Mart is the very last place I will look if I need something. - Reply to this comment
- If Walmart is for this, then it can't be much more than a smoke screen for the democrats to say they did something about healthcare. The repubs did nothing but both actions are adding up to about the same for the uninsured.

- To late, all of you who have insurance are slaves to your insurance company, who have the absolute power to cover and illness, or not; and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it as you watch your love one die, due to a preexisting condition - they were born. You takes your chances.

- Can't you just see it: Wal-Mart Insurance Company, worst health insurance outcome in one's worst nightmare. Single-payer takes it out of the hands of all the damned profit mongers.

- There already is government insurance and the sky has not fallen because of it. There will certainly be competition with private insurance because they will offer a better situation and more perks that those with the funds will choose to purchase.

- It wasn't that long ago when you had health insurance with most jobs outside of the food services industry or jobs such as that. Ironically, I had health insurance with all my jobs during a time in my life when I needed it the least. Now it the past several years when I have needed it the most, none of the jobs I have worked provided access to it.

- I am so sick of people throwing "socialism" around like the plague... We are already a socialistic society. Period. Schools, police, firemen, libraries, etc... are all social.

- I thank God companies are stepping forward to support this reform. Our current system is a joke and desperately needs to be fixed. In this life, certain things should not be left victim to the greed of capitalism.... healthcare is one of those industries.... everyone should be entitled to the quality of "life"..... what are your views on this?

- gold_standard ..you are as out of touch as the gold standard. The Republicans complain of "socialism" but after 60 years of NOT giving a s*h*i*t for the suffering ..yes suffering ... of the little guy what do you expect??? Less govenment intervention to help the little guy whom you don't give a s*h*i*t about??? Haven't you learned over the past 60 years that allowing a sizable portion of the population to live without while you live in abundance is going to get government involved. Are you that DUMB??? No it is You can't see the poor from your country culb and your "compassion" is non-existent.

- Such a fool! You have already been sold into slavery! Beginning with Ronnie Raygun's 'Trickle-Down' scam and ending with he Bush/Cheney crime cartel's looting of the treasure and selling-out of America to corporate pirates, you now live in a feudal system of Lords and Serfs... you, sir/madam are a Serf!

- Why does Walmart support socialized health care? Because it will hurt their competitors.
Why do the unions support socialized health care? Because it will hurt free labor that competes with them.
Why does the government support socialized health care? Because it will increase State power and reduce freedom.
Why should you support socialized health care? Because you are willing to sell yourself into slavery. - Reply to this comment

- Those who are against single-payer, aka universal, healthcare insurance ought to consider what just bankrupted GM.

Does not help when you have people like Dodd and Pelosi. Your blind fold really does need to come off. So far iam4honesty, the truth has yet to come from your posts. I keep waiting for it but you always seem to forget the fact that the democrats are at fault too. Until you realize that, you really are not for honesty are you??
- Of course Walmart is for a contribution system. A minimal contribution with plenty of fanfare is still cheaper than actually providing insurance for it's employees. Fox did a story on who the uninsured are and one group they left out are the millions of Walmart employees who are uninsured.

- The real HeatlhCare crisis is with YOUR EMPLOYER!
Private Companies Group Insurance costs have gone sky rocket through the roof and have translated to loss of Jobs, outsourcing, and transfer of operations to overseas labor.
American Companies need relief from the burden of managing HealthCare to maintain competitiveness in the free market. Single Payer, and/or a Public Option are vital to the future of American Manufacturing Companies and Large Corporations. - Reply to this comment
