This isn't a love story it is a story of betrayal, the ultimate betrayal. This guy needs to be removed from office, any politician who sheats on a spouse needs to be removed from office because if they are willing to betray a spouse they definately would be willing to betray the people that voted for them.

When a Dem gets caught, its vile and disgusting and they should resign for "moral clarity". When a Repub get caught, its a "love story" while "friends urge them" to not resign.

LOL.

I thought maybe this guy went astray and was really OK. I'm a little slow.

This freak's pschodrama is creaping me out. Somebody drag this self-indulgent loser off the stage.

LOL you can see it, I can see it, the world can see it... only the idiots involved are blind. I am always amazed at couples who started off by one (or both) of them being cheaters... when they find out their new love is cheating. DUH. I wonder how the gov met his current wife.

Mark and Maria do not need their romance in the news media. The relationship is confidential and political. They must refuse interviews, as well.

I love how this "christian" nut is trying to put lipstick on the pig of his Adultery. Typical Jesus Nut, "Its only a sin when Clinton does it!"

Isn't "'Did I want to pay the price? Did I want the consequences? No. But ? I said this to her down there ? I said, 'I am fully aware of the price. I'm fully aware of the costs. And I'm, I'm, I'm willing to do that.''" = I lied so I could have it both ways = a confused selfish greedy fool = stupidity?

I just thought of another thing.

If they hacked Maria's e-mail and he isn't sure who leaked the original e-mails to the press, maybe instead of the press blowing the lid on other matters he has decided to come clean before the media further exposes him.

But you know what? He wouldn't have to go back and dig up and reveal all this info if he just resigned. So it seems to me that he is putting his career selfishly ahead of the additional embarrassment to his wife, boys and Maria... who is watching this spectacle from afar.

One has to wonder - may be Jenny Sanford is STILL thinking this cheating husband of hers - a.k.a. South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford - a US Presidential material. Otherwise, why in the world would any well-educated and decent woman be willing to keep a cheating husband around is way way beyond me! I'm sure glad I'm not her. lol.

Oh boy! :(

Didn't he also say today that a married man shouldn't dance with another woman? How stupid is that? Don't people dance with other people in Fairs, and Christmas parties, and SO many other occasions. People do it all the time, just that you don't go grinding on someone who is not your spouse or be staring into their eyes while dancing to a love song.
