One - I was created just like you were: my parents got together - scrumpa, scrumpa - 9 months later, there I was!! No "puddle of goo", no "immaculate conception", or anything else.
Two - when WE die, we're BOTH going to be buried in a box, cremated, out in a moratorium, etc. That's the end. If you can prove that there's a heaven, the I'll change my mind.
Three - MOST atrocities in history have been committed BY the religious, in the name of their respective god(s), trying to appease / please their god(s), or under their god(s) orders. Most religious types think they can commit ANY crime they want, pray, and it all goes away. (I believe you call it "penance" if I'm not mistaken.)
Four - If I was going to believe in ANY religious system, it would be that of the American Indians. It's the closest to making any sort of sense, and relies more on logic and reason than ALL of the other faiths combined, (which admittedly, isn't much). - Reply to this comment
