Wasn't it nice of Rummy to put such "pretty" pictures in the daily reports to President Bush??? That way he did not have to actually read what was in the report, he could just enjoy the picture books and do what he was told like a good little boy...

Of course not.

You're blinded by dogma.

I don't even know what dogma is - - you made that word up, not me.

Chrisianity is not a religion it is a belief. The problem with people like you is that you have divided a belief into all these little fiefdoms of different sects that spend half their time declaring their own righteousness and personal salvation. The trouble is that only God knows whom he has in mind as righteous or whose soul he will save. You remind me of the scribes and pharisees who talked the same malarkey and who I'm sure used religion to subjugate the people using fear and conjecture to keep people under their thumbs.

And Obama is fanatical about the government taking over the United States and then helping to usher in One World Government. It doesn't seem to be in the name of Religion. People get fanatical over their ideas, wanting power. It's not only the religious. Unless of course your religion says you must kill anyone not in your religion.

Common sense and christianity are POLAR OPPOSITES.

You'll more easily convince me that you mixed oil and water, than you'll be able to convince me that christians use logic and common sense. -------------- Posted by hungry1968-15

No, really . . . Christianity has lots of common sense in it - and Christ's teachings are filled with common-sense things.

I want a do-gain.

By far, the most common indicator of what a person's RELIGION will be, is what their parent's RELIGION is.

And you know what they say about choosing your parents.

Faith and religion aren't quite the same thing.

Faith-based charities? Good thing. I've seen them do plenty of good in my city.

Faith-based defense decision-making? Not so good. Pre-emptive war in Iraq based on selective intel, unconditional support for Israel (and, by extension, apartheid) are all results of this strategy.

Religion is good when kept in its place...feeding the less fortunate.

Scary people. It is no surprise to find out the Bush administration was as religiously wacked as the terrorists.
