Wonder if all Republicans in Congress could join the Dems. Then they would have to caucus with them. It would really confuse things in Congress. Just a great distraction to keep the Dems off their tax and spend policy.

All thats left of the Republican party now are Cheney's poodles, and with bankruptcies everyday, they'll be jumping ship too.

Arlen Specter has been a fair weather republican at best. Good riddance to Arlen Speccter and may the democrats have the same pain with him that the republicans suffered.

"don't know - Jindal would have to be in my GOP dream ticket somewhere. Probably VP to Palin."

Yeah, but the thought of seeing Bachman holding a semi-automatic... it's ... it's so....

I'll be back in 15 minutes....

I guess thats how Newt Gingrich lead the Republicans into the House majority after 50 years of Dem control and returned the senate to a Republican majority by doing such a good job of moving the party to the center.

That was before the failing of the conservative revolution . 11 trillion dollar deficit, sex scandals, jack abramoff. The times are a changin.

the party of no will not work.

Ex-VP Darth Vader Cheney has just babbled that he had always suspected that Arlen Specter was a evil, cowardly Whimpo-crat and today's announcement proves it.

Cheney has stated that he had been advised by the "DARK SIDE" of "THE FORCE" that Specter would change sides and this could amount to an anti-fillibuster
Senate. Claiming that Specter was influenced in his decision by Islamic "terrrrorists", Cheney pulled out his light saber and began hacking the arms off of a mannequin made up as Osama Bin Laden!

After reducing the manniquin to a mound of plastic, the Vader climbed back into his wheelchair and rumbled off into the sunset babbling that waterboarding would solve everything!!!

HAIL OBAMA!!!!

Very true. But it may be questionable whether they are an audience or a cult.

The drug induced leader of the neocon's limbaugh had this to say about Specter:
"A lot of people say, 'Well, Specter, take [Sen. John] McCain with you. And his daughter [Meghan]. Take McCain and his daughter with you if you're gonna?"

Methinks pretty soon, they are gonna tell fat boy to take a hike.

Specter has had a good run as a legislator. What party he belongs to is hardly important,

Lest we forget he was a bush RUBBER STAMPER!!!!!!

Did you know that you're beloved COMMUNIST-IN-CHIEF said during the G20 that Lula "is the one"? Thats unbelievable, first the President of the United States of America bowed to a Muslim king then he showed his inferiority calling Lula, a third world President, "the one".

At least he didn't use the bush line (axis of evil) AHAB
