Time to go to bed, Rowdy. You''re becoming less relevant an more horizontal as the night wears on. Yep, Bush GAVE away $350B. Find out what we got for it and how much we overpaid for the privelege. I sure wish Bush would have told Bernanke put some oversight on that money ''cause it ain''t bein'' used for what we thought it was going to to be used for.

Bush did not control it, congress did

So you are blaming it on a Dem controlled Congress then? Please explain the first 6 years of GWB''s time in office while it was still a Repub run Congress. We didn''t get to this place in the last 2 years...actually yeah we did, but it wasn''t all because of a Dem controlled Congress for the past 2 years. No matter..now we have to wipe GWB''s butt* and try to get a plumber in that can clear out all the pipes and the stench. Keep praying for your party but I don''t forsee a Republican in office as President until at least 2016...and your Party did it to themselves.

The little difference is, BUSH pulled the money down into the banks out of government control...and that''''s all we''''ve got in our banks allowing us to make loans to businesses to stock their shelves and write paychecks.

Bush did NOT suck up $350 BILLION plus $825 billion INTO CORRUPT GOVENMENT CONTROL where we''''ll never see it again.

This is nothing but a re-distribution of the wealth from the people to the government.

It''''s communism.

Nobody really knows...well they know who they gave it to but have no idea how it was used. I find that a MAJOR FU... At least Obama is asking for accountability with the remaining from TARP as well as new funding...I guess Bushie was just trying to make friends as the door was hitting him in the a$$. You Repubs just need a new look at reality and the lies you have believed all these years. Blind leading the blind...lovely and our country hangs in the balance!

Clean up my mess? Um, you may want to rethink that statement

Posted by truthMatter

I don''t think so. In years Democrats were in the White House there was an average increase in the national debt of 8.3%. In years the Republicans ran the White House the debt increased an average 9.2% per year.

There is a lot of mathematical proof that the steepest upward rises in debt since the end of World War II, started with President Reagan and continued with other so called Neo-Conservatives.

This is just the start of his radical plans for us. Take a look at the healthcare initiative he is slipping into the stimulus bill. Pretty shady.

So people with or who cannot afford health care should suffer? Sounds like words out of the mouth of the rich....let them die huh? EVERYONE in this country should have health care no matter how it has to come about. How can the greatest nation in the world allow people who can''t afford insurance to go without knowing they can go to the hospital or dr''s office? That''s despicable. Of course there''s more to it than that but it''s a start.

How the hell is adding to the debt digging us out?

Posted by truthMatter

Bush doubled our debt, and you quibble about digging America out of his mess?

How does a trillion dollars of one-time pork projects help?

It p*sses me off to see so many Repukes complaining about spending when they don''''t even look back at how much was spent over the past 8 years and here we are. No oversight, greed...turn the other cheek. It''''s time for some to own up and pay for their greed...Including GWB.

Republican spending was horrible. There! Feel better?
