- I am appalled, outraged and offended that our elected officials are so stupid and with no moral backbone to not be able to stand up and say no to this lier, cheat, and scum of the earth. An "honest" mistake!! Just wait and see America what is going to unfold over the next 100 days...the downhill spiral is well on its way.

- Just goes to show you if you are democrat and you''re being appointed by Obama...you don''t have to meet the normal requirements of honesty, morality and obeying the law....yes indeed, this is funny to watch!!

- To all you GOPigs out there - it''''s a good thing thing that republicans could pick criminals for top positions when they held all branches - otherwise there wouldn''''t have been anyone in the Government. (Of course given what we had to put up with, that would probably have been a plus). Look you guys don''''t get a say in matters for a while so QUITCHA *******'''' AND SHADDUP.

- I''m an Obama supporter yet I see Geithner as yet another NY Wall Street insider and a Greenspan Jew who was part of the problem who created the bubble, and he was never part of the solution. PLUS he has been unethical with his taxes and I don''t ever expect him and his counterparts to change.
Those are the facts not opinions or observations. Geithner was a big mistake. - Reply to this comment

- Don''''t you just love ethics? You now have a liar and a tax cheat running the IRS. Where is the outrage? Where is the day-to-day news coverage that a criminal has been appointed? Oh wait. I forgot it is a Democrat making the selections so now standards don''''t count. Now if this was a Republican making them, we''''d have something to talk about.

Making moronic statements about what you think may have happened is not a defense for your buddy Obamas incompetance. - Reply to this comment
- Change. What a joke. Perception is reality and the reality is that President Obama has changed into the same old politics. This country is SCREWED!

Timothy Geithner is just one of many terrorist along with the Obama administration bringing fourth there Nationalized Banks is the stupidest thing the American people could allow.
Keynesian and Monetarist economic central planning always comes to a nasty end, as shown by the Austrian School''s Henry Hazlitt, Hayek, Ludwig von Mises, Leonard Read and Ron Paul.
Obama is failure in economics cause nobody can or should interfere with the free market
America fell for a snake oil salemen again and they will continue to do so untill they learn that Government cant do anything without hurting somthing else.
Learn the role of government and you will understand that they are not needed and only get in the way.
