In retrospect (since it%u2019s almost over!) I would imagine that The Bush Legacy would be his success in consistently implementing and promoting his various programs of diverting Federal Treasury Funds to the Private Sector, or better known as:

- The one thing that Mr. Bush''s Presidency taught us is how not to be a President.
Good bye Mr. President I did not agree with you and voted for Obama however, I will not wish harm on you nor any other bad thing because I do believe in the Golden Rule.
"Do to other as you would have others do to you."
That said good luck! - Reply to this comment
- According to the White House, Mr. Bush spoke to:
Prime Minister Putin and President Medvedev of Russia; President Peres of Israel; Prime Minister Berlusconi of Italy; Prime Minister Brown of the United Kingdom; Former President Fox of Mexico; President Lula da Silva of Brazil; Prime Minister Aso of Japan; President Lee of South Korea; President Saakashvili of Georgia; and Prime Minister Rasmussen of Denmark.
None of these people listed above wanted to talk to George W. Bush but had to just to save face and every single person listed above ended the phone call with.......

- The Great Emperor Bush II called world leaders today to tell them goodbye and remind them not to forget to write.
It is rumored that many of those same world leaders breathed a huge sign of relief upon hanging up with the Great Emperor.
Hugo Chavez of Venezeula, for example, has declared tomorrow a national holiday, while Achmedinejhad of Iran has ordered a huge parade thru the streets of Tehran followed by a "burning of Bush in effigy" contest.
Vladimer Putin of Russia summed it all up nicely when he purportedly told Bush "Don''t call us, we''ll call you!"!!

- He likes to brag that we haven''t been attacked since 9/11.
Hey how many Americans died on 9/11?
3000
How many Americans has died in Iraq?
4226 and counting.
Bush made it convenient for Al Qaeda to kill Americans.
Now Al Qaeda don''t have to come to our shores anymore to kill Americans.
Bush is sending them there to be slaughtered by them.
With leaders like Bush, who needs terrorists to harm us!!! - Reply to this comment
- pmt39987: Why don''t you find out exactly where President-Elect Obama is today. And then tell me whether you think John McCain or George Bush would be doing the same thing.

- Many experts (and pundits) postulate that the Bush Presidency will actually rise in its stature as an administration as time passes, and they point to Truman as an example, the what-ifs about Iraq and Afghanistan, etc. I am going to take the opposite view and say that as time goes on, the Bush Presidency will be evaluated as not only one of the worst, if not the worst administrations in modern history, but Bush and his administration will be reviled and put in a presidential administration circle of hell somewhere down there with Pope Boniface VIII in Dante''s Inferno. No one seems very willing to say this in the mainstream press very loudly, perhaps because everyone just wants him to go asap, but I''m putting my two cents on him being in a class by himself so low that Buchanan and Harding (wherever they are) will be glad to see someone fall lower than them.

- Today is the last day (of 2,920) that George Walker Bush can say that he%u2019s the Commander (guy) and Chief of the United States of America. Conservatism has revealed it%u2019s ugly head with the unimpeded agenda promoted by the Bush Administration, The House of Representatives, and the US Senate.
Americans need to remember what Conservatives will do with unconstrained power. Conservatives do not conserve anything but in reality only wish to drain the wealth of our country and divert profits to their private constituency the super wealthy top 1% of earning entities.
George Bush%u2019s only success during his years of White House Rule was to generate $Billions of Dollars funneled to his private sector associates all at a great cost to each and every working American. - Reply to this comment

- It must be hard to be the guy who screwed everything up, and then know the words of the leaders he''s calling are merely empty words.
