- oh my G-d!...geitner has got to go!!!...when i sign my tax returns (in my cpa''s presence), he reminds me that I AM ULTIMATELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY RETURNS...we now have a Treas Sec that doesn''t know what he is signing in a Federal Tax Return?...i made a leap to vote for obama...and i am, right now, still glad i did...if geitner remains his choice for tres sec, my support for obama will quickly erode...WE ALL HAVE TO PAY OUR TAXES...again ,geitner HAS GOT TO GO!

- I don''t like this. I don''t trust that these were "honest" mistakes...it''s much too likely that he was trying to get away with something. As American citizens, we need to insist on the utmost integrity of our leaders, ESPECIALLY when their "mistakes" were made within the very area they will be governing. These people tend toward dishonesty anyway, because of the power of their positions. We need to hold them to VERY high standards.
