- LibturdYou, I don''''t know what the heck "lookaid" is (likely some new extention of the public nipple your neo-messiah is promising to give you as payment for your vote), but the fact you try and excrete the fact any real American conservatives ever made such a claim proves two things fur sure and fur sartain..
1: You are too friggin stupid to have even a tiny clue as to what a conservative is, or you are...
2: Too friggin un-American to care...
Both you say??

Hey Koolaid drinker---you must be one of the 20% Bush cult die hard war mongers.
Good for you, personally I don''t like my grandson fignting a manufactured Bush war. - Reply to this comment
- Your interview with Queen Victoria pleased me greatly. When the Real President says "we/us" it is editorial for "I/me"; only rarely does he say Bush, and then it is about some particularly heinous action. Cheney would not have achieved his long-time power and ill-gotten wealth if he could be publicly rattled by the press. You graciously establish a non-combatant ambiance and treat your guest with hospitable respect; this relaxes the guest''s guard somewhat. Then your shrewdly phrased questions, asked in a low-key manner, disarm the guest as much as is posible. And, around the well-rehearsed fabricated answers, a little truth is unintentionally leaked out, enabling the active listener to possibly glean some real understanding of a heavily curtained topic. Stephanopolous seems to be trying to acquire these skills. If a guest is a charlatan, the Meet the Press heavy-handed interrogations, designed to advance an interviewer''s tough fierceness rather than to unearth factual information, only fuel already sharply-honed skills in obfuscation.
The reflections on the year''s developments were not only delightfully laid out, but also right on. You''re being a well-dressed anchor is a visual boon in an era of sartorial depression. - Reply to this comment

- Mr. Schieffer really did not ask the questions I thought he would if this was meant to be an "exit" interview. I thought I was watching FOX there for a moment!

- Sorry tex, rowdy--whatever--you are outnumbered. Even your lookaid drinking cons admit Bush and Cheney are lying terrorists, but not you---goes against your grain to admit your cult leaders are criminals.
Leaves you in denial and without a conscience--just like them.

- Schieffer always softballs his "good friends" in the GOP. Now this guy is allowing a criminal to spout his anti-American and anti-Liberty ideas without a single hint of real questioning.
Cheney thinks that anything the President does is legal so long as he gets away with it. In other words, it may be wrong, it may be unconstitutional, it may be illegal; however, if the Congress does not have the political will to remove the President, then the President has no obligation to follow the law, follow the Constitution, or do what is right.
So if some slimeball commits a murder, but gets away with it, then it is LEGAL? Of is being a criminal only OK if you are a GOP President? Give me a break. - Reply to this comment
