You know, something occurred to me today; the big spike in gun sales that the mainstream media keeps attributing to the fear that Obama may toughen gun laws is only one possible reason for those purchases. The other reason might be the nationwide anger at the way in which our government has sold our country out to Wall Street, and given 7.7 Trillion dollars of our future tax dollars to a bunch of psychopathic parasites on Wall Street that are using the money to pay themselves 15 million dollars apiece.

I wonder if Mr. Cheney, a gun owner, has considered that?

Mr. Scheifer is a reporter who would deserve to be installed in the "Hall of Fame" at his first opportunity were things judged as they are in baseball or football. He is not a "great reporter"in small letters in words gushing quickly in exciotement. He is a "Great Reporter." In caps. Delivered with a serious look by a highly regarded professor to a class of elete students.

So, Look for him to be a nice man because age teaches us to be nice and to be less judgmental than we were at 32. Look for him to be an understanding man as he poses questions. Same reason. And look for his questions to come to a difficult point. To end up with some very tough questions to answer well.

And look for Cheney to be Cheney. And look for him to look "not so good"because his pat answers, switches from topic asked to what he wants to say, and his look of confidence will all seem just alittle slow, just a little stilted, and he will seem at an unusual loss for words for a few seconds at times. ALL BECAUSE THIS NICE MAN REPORTER WHO SMILES AND IS NON-JUDGMENTAL,,,, is the guy asking all those "gentle" questions!

Please Mr Shieffer no more syrupy interviews.The last time you talked to Mr Cheney he used it as platform to extend his credibility with his handling of the war and the failed Bush policies.He repeatedly refused to answer most of the questions using confidential adminstration priviledge.Why waste the time with this interview.Mr. Cheney isn''t about to start telling the truth,about anything.He is an ambitious politition and he knows how shape the interview to his favor.I will watch the show and I won''t be at all surprised at the outcome.Pure political theater.
