The national debt is a much better measure of the man in charge than anything else. It shrank under Carter, grew under Reagan and Bush 1, shrank under Clinton, and then grew to its highest level since WW2 under Bush. I''m talking about WW2, a real war, where millions of Americans were fighting across the globe with fleets of ships, squadrons of bombers, divisions of infantry, and an entire nation building things that were being sent to be blown up. We''ve spent as much playing policeman on the streets of Iraq as we spent fighting WW2.

The Republican party is corrupt, trigger-happy, and unconstitutional. I want to be a Republican. I want my guns and my rights and I want to keep my income, but not this way. Not this way.

I''m not going to celebrate until he is officially OUT of the White House. There''s no telling how much more damage he could do to our country between now & then!

I have to wonder if that has been where his head has been for the past 8 years! Well, let him go and do just that!

How easy it is to lose sight of the facts.

Point is, our economy is in turmoil and our current president is excited about being able to attend his grill. I''m sorry, I should feel better about things now.

This has nothing to do with Carter. So Nixon was a great president?

Well Bush, you did it. You managed to avoid cheating on your wife. Congratulations! You get a gold star and a coloring book. We knew you could do it! That''''s all a president really has to do to be great.

Really? That makes Jimmy Carter a great president.
