- God, I wish you people would just get over it. He''s been elected President of our country and he will be for at least the next four years. Instead of sitting around carping and wringing your hands and putting forth all your sewage on him, how about helping out? He''s going to need all the help he can get in order to get us out of the ditch that DubYa drove us into. Lend a hand. Give a little. In four years you''ll have an opportunity again to put someone else in power. But right now we could use a hand here to get things going again. - He loses his cell phone, his freedom to take his kids to the park and his freedom to stop at a local eatery for a quick bite to eat. It is good to see him walk on the grass and relax with friends. It also offers him a chance to think creatively with friends and not be bombarded by reacting to crises situations.
Obama was concerned that losing too many freedoms enjoyed by common man would influence his disposition in office. If you put a person on a pedestal too long, they acclimate to it. I believe Obama will resist the temptation. - Reply to this comment
