If Republicans could govern competently, they''d still be in power.

Instead they''re just eating sour grapes.

These two republicans appear to be questioning Kennedy''s qualifications and her ability to relate to the middle class working family. Judging from the last election, the Republicans are not in touch with middle class families nor qualified to hold positions they alredy have. As far as I am concerned, NONE for you who represent the American middle class working people are middle class working people.

Ever since their big time election losses in 11/2008, the Republicans can do nothing but whine and moan. This is only proof of it.

Gov. Paterson will appoint whoever he believes can do NY the most good. And that is the way it should be. If it is Caroline, then more power to him and her.

"King warned that if Kennedy wins the nod from Gov. David Paterson over other prospects, including several sitting Congressmen and women, "there is going to be magnifying glass on her," and "the Republican candidate in 2010 will have a better opportunity against Caroline Kennedy than against the others."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
That is a glarting contridiction in ligic.
If republicans truly would have a better chance against Caroline Kennedy in 2010 they should NOT be discouraging her appointment.
It''s not surprising an intelligent, thoughtful, and accomplished person like Kennedy is attacked by those that promoted the likes of Moose Gal.....LMMFAO
On the bright side, they just ensure the continued demise of their Clown Party.....
Why does Caroline even want to go to the Senate? As JFK%u2019s daughter she is way bigger than this. The only job she should go for is the presidency. Caroline, please express interest in becoming the POTUS.
Once Obama takes office Biden should resign and Obama should nominate her to be the next VP. Once she is confirmed Obama should go back to Chicago and the lovely Caroline will be our president!
Boy Caroline sure scares the pants off of them- what we need are some more great GOP Senator like Larry Craig, Dave Vitter and Ted Stevens- ha ha ha - they don''t mind GOP experienced celebrities like their hero Governor Arrrnooold- what did he ever do but take steroids and make lousy movies? Someone they can''t buy and control= must be a real nightmare for the political hacks- Go Caroline Go!
Sounds to me like Rep King and Renolds ( is he realted to the Renolds wrap comapany?) has a bit of a problem with powerful women. Esp women like Clinton and Kennedy. Dudes for what its worth, Paterson will make the decision not you whinners. And nothing wrong with using a SUV and a Jeep, its transportation fools just can''t all of a sudden NOT use these vehicles. Gripes what women you are....
