I heard earlier this week the Dept of Agriculture has 100000 workers and a $90 BILLION budget. That is what is wrong with DC. Whi can possibly justify that size budget for 1 dept. Are the workers being used in the right places? These type of things need to be examined because after we get out of the recession, cutting waste should be a priority.
