- If people who post here are any indication, there is no such thing as liberal and non-partisan either. Where does that leave the country?

I can''t imagine being liberal and voting for a republican if that''s what you mean - but I think in general liberals are closer to being non-partisan than Judicial Watch is. - Reply to this comment
- How did we vote Clinton out when he didn''''t run in the election?
He? Don''t you mean she? Or did you forget the primaries? - Reply to this comment
- If I remember correctly we voted Clinton out, and for a good reason.

How did we vote Clinton out when he didn''t run in the election? Remember it was Gore from whom Bush stole the presidency. I''m think I''m right in saying neither Clinton has ever lost an election. - Reply to this comment
- Seems the constituion has been overlooked in a lot of areas these days such as providing a birth certificate. It is ok to do this under the choosen one.

- If I remember correctly we voted Clinton out, and for a good reason. Why is she and her cartel sneaking in all over the Obama Administration? We all know in Washington these people can do whatever the hell they want to. The very reason there was so much support in getting every republican out possible. Now we have to deal with it from the Clinton Regime. CHANGE!!!! CHANGE!!!!!!!!!

- "This is a Harvard Law grad nominating a Yale Law grad here, "
That definitely puts us all in our place. How dare we question Ivy League arrogance? If you didn''t go to a prestigious university, you have no right to live, let alone question. - Reply to this comment

- The Constitution doesn''''t mean anything to these people. They can get away with murder. They have before.

I know Judicial Watch is populated by right-wing scum, but who did they murder? JFK? Harvey Milk? C''mon who? - Reply to this comment
- A think tank came up with this nonsense? Who pays them to sit around do this? Whoever pays them needs to pay me!

The Times of London recently polled historians from both sides of the Atlantic for their lists of presidents in order of worthiness. "W" came next to last ahead of only Buchanan, who the panel blamed for not stopping the Civil War.
Judicial Watch, Inc., calls itself "a conservative, non-partisan educational foundation, promotes transparency, accountability and integrity in government, politics and the law."

- Make no mistake, the reason republicans hate the Clintons so much is because of the outstanding job President William Jefferson Clinton did bringing peace and prosperty to our country.

You are ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. A Republican associate of mine moaned that the "party" didn''t last long enough...the past 8 years made him a rich man..at OUR EXPENSE! - Reply to this comment
- It seems to me that the incompetent boob currently sitting in the Oval Office has done SO MUCH damage to our system, that it''s going to take a YEARS to unravel the mess he''s created.
His "Executive Orders" were the end product of a petulant, subborn child who was given power normally reserved for ADULTS WITH BRAINS.
I hope this is the LAST time America is FOOLISH to elect a playboy, ex-alkie, who finished at the BOTTOM of his graduating class. Duh!!! - Reply to this comment
- I guess the republicans don''t feel they are finished with the total destruction of the United States. They are afraid the incoming administration will fix the incredible mess they have left and they will then have to make up all new lies to get back in power and create chaos again. Make no mistake, the reason republicans hate the Clintons so much is because of the outstanding job President William Jefferson Clinton did bringing peace and prosperty to our country. How horrible would it be if Hillary Clinton takes the reins of the State Department and re-establishes America''s standing around the world? They''re running scared!

- If this rule stands as proposed, this effectively allows a sitting President to eliminate persons for the incoming Cabinet via Executive Order.
Did the Founding Fathers believe the outgoing President should have this awesome power over who gets allowed to serve in the next administration?
I know for a fact, they never envisioned such notions as EXECUTIVE ORDERS else they might have mentioned it in the Constitution.
If anything is unconstitutional, it is the Pay increase seeing as it had nothing to do with the Senate voting on or approving such a raise. - Reply to this comment
