Cain is the NeoCon flavor of Obama. Another herring. Another puppet, masquerading as a man of the people. I wonder: if Ron Paul had won this poll, would CBS a.) show the results, b.) hide the poll, c.) portray the poll as invalid ?

Don't get fooled aCain.

How liberals feel about the Republican candidates don't mean a thing. It is Republicans and independents who will decide whether a Republican wins the presidency. We already know liberals won't be voting for a Republican candidate.

And your opinion of Democrat candidates means nothing, since it is Democrats and independents that will be voting for them.

askagain, I consider myself a middle-of-the-road to conservative independent voter, registered as a Democrat. To radical right Republicans, of course, that would make me a communist or socialist or something. My positions on issues and topics range from "liberal" to "moderate" to "conservative" depending on the issue.

In most voting jurisdictions (i.e., states), only registered Republicans will be voting in the Presidential primary. The ultra radical right has pretty much taken over what used to be the Republican party (can you imagine? Eisenhower, Nixon, Ford, Reagan, and Bush 41 being considered as liberals?) and it is likely one of the ultra idiots will get the nomination. In the general election, I don't see an ultra right radical "Republican" being able to carry moderate/traditional Republicans (you know, the ones you call RINOs or liberals) or a majority of independents. Like it or not, askagain, your boy (it won't be a woman) will have to appeal to the broad spectrum of middle, sane America, no matter how badly Obama screws up or is disliked (including by me, who would consider favorably a moderate Republican, if there is such a thing).

There's a saying that is going to be the background theme in people's minds as they vote in 2012, whether they are conscious of it or not: trust the devil you know, not the one you don't. Obama likely wins.

Michelle will have to start paying for her own vacations. What a shame. She parties on our nickle and the rest of us can eat cake.

Why have a liberal draft dodger like Romney running against Obama? Whats the point?Whats the difference? might as well keep Obama in. We cant afford the wars and military we have now and Mitt wants to increase it?

No sense voting for another liberal just to change the D to an R. Its pointless. You get the same result.

You are right on, we CAN'T afford these wars. It's iniquitous. Bring the kids home, spend the money on our infrastructure and security at home. It will get people to work HERE instead of building schools over there. Nuts.

This seems to be the media trend, ignore Ron Paul. Media bias against Paul is pretty blatant. The corporations hate the idea of running the country by the Constitution. They want candidates they can buy like Romney so the corporations can run our govt. Remember it was the republicans who came up with corporations are people?

Even if Ron Paul became president he wouldn't be able to implement half of the stuff he wants to change because Congress won't allow it.

Mitt has problems. He can't get no satisfaction.

Cain has the momentum and some ideas although they are borrowed. He has 9 - 9 - 9. Ever hear of the Newt 17 percent plan. Do the math right now. Both of these plans are flawed as much as anything Mitt can come up with.

You are paying 35 percent today. If you are middle class. 13 percent income tax if you are a Medicare Fraud who ripped off 1.7 billion dollars from Medicare and bought a job in Florida's highest office.

We all now that 14.5 Trillion dollars is owed and you have to pay the bill or go homeless. The National debt will run over us like a freight train with lame ideas that we are getting with the GOP candidate gimmicks from warped, illiterate, immature, befuddled Christian Right demi gods.

If you are paying more than 10% on a middle class income, you need to get a new accountant.

The only thing the republicans want to reduce is Social Security, Medicare, the EPA, OSHA, Security and Exchange commission. Everything the helps Americans. Keep the corporate welfare and the defense contractors perks and taxcuts for the rich only.

Aw, no, Ricky couldn't be invited to a future family "Values" reunion; he knows too many Mexicans. He's better off with "Buy Me" Caribou Barbie and $2/Gallon Gasbag Bachmann on the wannabee junk heap. Burger King fast food Cain is next. How do you "limit" a field that is already sowed in salt?
