(CNN) - President of the Media Research Center and conservative thought leader Brent Bozell blasted former Delaware U.S. Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell in an exclusive column for CNN.com
O'Donnell walked off the set of CNN's "Piers Morgan Tonight" Wednesday while promoting her new book, a move deemed by Bozell as "downright bizarre."
Calling the tea party darling a "buffoon," the head of the media watchdog group said CNN host Piers Morgan's questions may have been "trite," but were not "inappropriate."
by TTDrive August 18, 2011 5:21 PM EDT Disagreement can be productive only when there is still respect for the other side.
From what I see, Americans have no respect for each other. None. All I see is vicious hatred.
I have said this before. In my country, we don't talk politics to others. It's no one's business who we are voting for. We research the candidates and then go vote. Our voting process takes 2 months. Yours takes 2 years. Now, we don't all care for our Prime Minister, or for some of the decisions he has made, but you don't hear us viciously bashing him. We have respect for the leader of our country. We stand UNITED. The last thing we want the world to see is us fighting and bickering.

Sorry, I don't see that. But you being a Republican, I can see you thinking that.
Of course, I would understand it if they did do that because to have a Republican gain access to the White House again, would mean total destruction of the Un-United States of America.
I hate to tell you this, but America can't take anymore of what went on in the "Bush" years. And from what I have been reading, that is exactly what you would be getting.
Originally I wasn't an Obama fan. I was a Hillary fan. But damn, if McCain and his side kick had gotten in, there wouldn't be anything left of America. You need to consider yourself lucky. Obama pulled you out of your tailspin. If McCain was in there, the only thing he would have been concerned with is where is the next war gonna be?? You'd be sitting at "rock bottom".
Obama is in office because too many people had to choose the lesser of two evils at the polls. That is exactly why Harry Reid is still in office. We had to choose between that moron and the loose screw that ran against him. Now we're doing it again. If Perry and Backman got into office together we would be building Christian Churches as the road to recovery, using federal funds. Now we have hombre-ette and global warming is junk science? Evolution is a flawed theory filled with gaps? Yikes!!!!! After sixty years as a Republican I may be forced to vote for Obama if our side doesn't get a clue.
Piers Morgan's show is clever and entertaining, with much of it like listening in on an interesting and funny conversation between friends. It wouldn't work if he didn't challenge his guests to reveal more than they might like, which he usually does in a charming and witty way. All in all he just aims to please his audience. In this case, the topics he wanted to discuss with O'Donnell, were topics that were in her book...his call to entertain his audience, not his 'deviance' that some of your readers call it.
Piers is clever and often entertaining, but is also an arrogant arse. He wears his politics on his sleeve, which is all well and good if you are a commentator for FOX, but CNN, as we all know, is neutral (yeah, right). Larry King he ain't.
I dont like O'Donnell, I'm glad she wasn't elected. I don't like tea baggers, talk radio and I despise all that is fox news. Having said all that, was ************ the only thing Pierce could think of to talk about? He just wouldn't let go of it. This guy has no class at all. I watch CNN to see serious news, not this rubbish.
O.K., she made the mistake of making the famous I am Not a witch ad, because she didn't go with her gut instinct. Now she went with her gut and walked out on the Morgan's interview. This woman isn't responsible enough to make any serious decisions.
Since when did complete incompetents believe they had the abilities to become the President of the United States? I suppose since George W could do it anybody can do it is the new Republican mantra. Does anyone remember that it was George W's wars which created huge deficits and the resulting recession? At least Obama's spending was necessary to prevent a depression and went mostly to the domestic infrastructure.

Why is she playing "victim"? This creep does this all the time, so there's no reason for her think she'd be treated any differently. She's shilling her book after all's said and done.
Nutmeg: You don't get it. Morgan treats ALL his guests like he did O'Donnell so it shouldn't have come as some sort of surprise he'd pull the same thing on her. The moral of the story is that if you don't want him doing his slimebag tricks on you, don't go on his show. Frankly, I don't blame her for telling him to take a hike, but if she didn't know what she was letting herself in for, she's REALLY dumb.

Christine was simply revolting!

I've always found her revolting, too!
