The head of Emily's list cites a Republican "war on women"--Are you Kidding me?

----

Emily's list is focused on the issue of women's reproductive rights not on individual defamation cases -- lawyers handle those issues. When it comes to adult responses -- Ms Bachmann and Ms Palin have both failed to demonstrate the maturity of Ms Wasserman-Schultz in similar and even lesser situations.

Schultz, et al are snarky ad hominem politicians. Not fa ct tellers. Schutlz told a whopper when she dissed West on Medicare. A big whopper. As usual instead of supplying her own argument/position/idea she immplied in and ugly insinuating tone that he was morally bankrupt and has sold out his own constituants. Now how would you feel coming home after a long day and finding out that. He replied. She fainted with surprise.

So a politician denigrating your daughters, mothers, grandmothers, grand daughters with fabrications of sexual promiscuity or worse is acceptable conduct in your opinion.

I saw this mourning that west couldn't be reached by reporters, but then latter he did an interveiw on faux news, because Faux News is "fair and balanced". Faux news is the gop/tp propaganda machine, owned by rupert murdock, the right wing propaganda mogul, that controlls politics around the world, including the united states.

Tell me pasha128, where is West saying he is against the seniors. Give us a link.

----

Often what one says is less significant than what one actually does -- VOTING RECORDS speak orders of magnitude louder than public rhetoric for elected legislators in this country.

Schultz is like the character in stalag 19 on Hogans heroes. Her intellect is lacking and her politics are dispicable. She makes comments that prove beyond a shadow of any doubt that she is not a lady and as to her cowardly acts, she is a political legend. West is correct to call her out regarding her outrageous claims. While she fiddles like Nero pretending that nothing is wrong with social security and medicare, she risks everything that retirees depend on making false claims regarding West and other serious people that want to repair the underlying faults in the system so that needy folks have a safety net they can depend on. Hoora for West. I hope that more and more conservatives blast these liberal shills who pander to the fears of seniors and risk everything they depend on for survival. As Margerate Thatcher pointed out "The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other peoples money."

The Democrats always resort to name calling to distract from the issues.

Where is the outrage, for all those terrible comments made concerning Gov Palin, and now edging into terrible obscene comments from that punk idiot not funny big nose jerk, who also called the 9-11 killers "heroes" and "brave men" - what to get ratings, or just because he is media mouthpiece for the Radical Leftists/socialist..

Double standards. Media bias. Hating all women and Minorities who are conservative. Same old. But the rest of us now get it.

I have to say this after working on the Internet since 2005, I cannot believe how our young people today including my own two kids handle issues similar to this one. They always taught us in the 1950's never dare and strike a woman and to always under all circumstances respect women, they used to say weaker sex, that I know now not to be true. Now Rep West from my viewpoint is no kid, I figure he is about 60 with me. He should have accomplished his goals in a more pleasant fashion because what he did is not popular with voters who demand even temperament in their leaders. Please do not think I support Rep Schultz politically because I certainly do not.I have advised you of my disagreement with her over a statement she made regarding Israel. The responding blog I wrote was gentlemanly and although I made my position clear, I wrote to her with respect as a political leader albeit in the opposition and with complete civility. As far as the young people on the Web today I do not see civil discourse when discussing Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachmann or in this case, many are lining up behind Rep West who I think will apologize. I suggest they all should read Emily Post and I will bet they never heard of her (my kids as well).
