President Obama is the most irresponsible person in the room. His extremist experiments with the United States are threatening the nation (stupid massive bailouts, bogus stimulus spending, expansion of the federal government when the money is not there, and this idiotic health care law that the majority of Americans are against). He decided to experiment instead of using proven solutions that we know works. In the first 20 months of President Reagan's first term, his actions resulted in unemployment dropping from just over 10% to just over 7%.

No additional taxes on any American or American business. It is irresponsible to hurt chances of employment for struggling Americans just so the federal government can remain bloated and wasteful. It is time for the federal government to tighten it's belt. President Obama would rather have a fat federal government than to have working Americans.

Obama! The American people have given ALL THEY HAVE: their jobs, their homes, their transportation. It's about time YOU start "spreading YOUR wealth" that you so explicitly said WE had to do! It's your turn! We are out of "wealth" to give! ~~beez

I don't see the republicans spreading any of their wealth. Where's all the jobs from the traxbreaks for the rich?

Obama to voters: "Ya'll don't need to worry your pretty little heads about complicated things like printing so much money that you'll need a wheel barrow to roll it into the store when you need to buy a loaf of bread. Or cake if you can't afford bread. We professional Marxists know how to handle the printing presses. Trust us. We know what we're doing. And we have only your best interests and well being at heart. We do. We really do."

We know Bachmann has no idea of what the debt ceiling is and many of her supporters don't. Boehner is supposed to know and to know how serious it is.

It sounds like Canter is the one saying no. Boehner was willing to let go of the tax breaks for the rich last year until his party told him to be quiet.

Dear Republican House Members:

Please fight harder for us downtrodden rich folks. I am in the process of re-upholstering my lear jet and I would like to have hand tanned Italian Leather installed in it. If the Democrats win on the budget impasse, I will have to (perish the thought) install mere vinyl upholstery. Since I inherited over $200 million I am now a job creator. I employ two illegal immigrant maids, 10 illegal Salvadoran landscapers, a Mexican Nannie, a Brazillian pool boy, and a black chauffer.

You know where I am going with this, right Mr. Boehner? Don't give those Democratic socialists get one more cent to all of those lazy un-employed bums. If they do, you can be sure that my army of lobbyist friends will close their wallets and my considerations, gifts and perks. Most importantly I will personally revoke your golf memberships from all of my exotic golf locals, capeche???

Sincerely,

Winthorpe Howell IV

P.S. I have real important business for you-shelf the debt talks for a few days and I'll fly you down to Florida for a few rounds on the links.

From: Desk of the Majority House Speaker, John Boehner

To: My #1 $$uporter.

Dear Mr. Winthorpe Howell IV,

These debt negotiations are really making me tired. I really thought that socialist would cave in the first time I walked out of the negotiations. ( I learned that you get a better deal on a car you like by turning your back on the salesman and he runs after you..) I've tried this ploy three times and no dice on our plan to shift the debt burden on the middle class and poor.

Please bear these two things in mind: 1. If the US defaults, all of our stocks, bonds and various holdings WILL take a substantial hit. The American voter will never take kindly to the House members if this happens. 2. If we raise the debt ceiling, I run the risk of upsetting the Tea Party and I won't get elected again. So in a nutshell I am damned if I do and damned if I don't...

Sincerely,

John Boehner,
Speaker of the US House of Representives.

P.S. I need a stress reliever-I'll meet your plane at Washington and meet you on the links in Florida. I got to work on my tan.

YEP, Boehner SHOULD "do something big" -- -- initiate the IMPEACHMENT of that COMMUNIST Obamination!

As that oldest of tax sayings goes (and they weren't messing around)
****LIBERTY OR DEATH****

PLUS, if we impeached the communist obamination -- our credit rating would go SKY HIGH (FACT).

1.) Temp raise debt limit / impeach same time
2.) Election with lowered-back requirement

The ONLY way to save America from being communist -- liberty or death!

America, "do something big" -- say NO you CAN'T .

Yeah, another distraction by the dog and pony neocons. You think congress doesn't have enough to do? I guess if it's to play a game of golf and walk out of debt negotiations three times-then go ahead and start those impeachment proceedings which will lead to more wasted time. I don't agree with EVERYTHING President Obama has done this far but this is a democracy. What are the Republican plans? Is it job creation? Security? You don't hear anything except tax cuts, tax cuts and more tax cuts. Since Bush implemented those "temporary tax cuts" in 2001, the Republicans think they are mandated to stay. THEY ARE TEMPORARY. In the last 10 years those tax cuts have done zilch, nada nothing for job creation or we wouldn't be in this situation. As for Obama being a Communist? Is he a card carrying commie? Where are those labor camps that Palin talked about? Terrorist lover? Seems President Obama is doing a good job of keeping us safe and wiping out those terrorists pretty quick. As an American you should be proud of that but you all wallow that the rich are being oppressed. The Rich have never had it so good!!

Obama will learn that citizens are paying real close attention when he is voted out in 2012. Until then, let him think that all us "commoners" out here just live in la-la land, playing and taking care of our chillin. That's what his liberal cohorts do, but not everyone.

Why do tax cut extentions or tax increases have to be dealt with at this moment? Why can't the spending cuts be done now, and the tax cut extention talks be left until 2012, when the tax cut extentions will expire? Is Obama talking about NEW taxes in 2013, or re-applying the tax rates before the extentions were done?

Because Republicans are refusing to just raise the debt ceiling, as they did 9 times in the last 10 years.
