It is actually far worse than that. If you remove the 17 % of the black population vote that votes purely for racist or maybe real pride reasons and the 30 % that are afraid of being called a racist if they do not say he is good then his real rating is about 10 % That 10 % is still too high no country should have that many brain dead people as citizens. By the way there are probably 17 % of the other races that vote no for purely racist reasons as well. Racism exist on both sides. Obama plain and simple is the worst thing ever to happen to America and has proven to be the worst president in American history no matter how you evaluate his LACK of performance and results.
