We've been essentially heading further and further toward Facism for many years. The last thing we need in our political system is more corporate money and lobbying power, but alas when you get a conservative extremist judge appointed to the Supreme Court, you get extremist decisions from them for many decades.

true, he did come out against the Supreme Court decision! But, did he come out for other measures? This is the FIRST time I've even heard of HIS name mentioned in this regard! If he was a leader in this regard, then a person would think that he would have gotten MORE press...but, maybe not...it's not a given!

I don't know what schoool this guy went to and really don't want to quibble over his definition of facism because the way I see it, that is not what is making these disturbing events happen. TOO MUCH MONEY IN OUR ELECTORAL PROCESS IS THE PROBLEM!
Politicians are going to go where the money is so they can get some...to rich people and corporations. They are going to protect the interests of their moneyed contributors as the price for getting some. It's called undue influence...or, to put it another way, not biting the hand that feeds you. They are the ones who are going to have access to our politicians because they have bought and paid for it...not the average citizen.
Politics has been reduced to a game where the average American plays no meaningful role anymore...so long as it can be turned by these people into an us verses them game. Meanwhile, liberals and conservatives mindlessly attack each other while the deed to this entire country is being either given away or mortgaged away by these bought and paid for politicians...and look like the fools they are for doing so.
Our government has become paralyzed and this emboldens our enemies, who have become more and more aggressive. We can't even stay united for a couple of years after our country has been attacked and thousands of Americans murdered. That's pathetic...and it is the sign of both a broken government and failing superpower.
Americans are getting angrier and angrier because they see themselves as increasingly shut out of what is supposed to be their own government...one that has now become totally unresponsive to their needs and is failing in its basic purposes.
Beware what republicans extremists call President Obama. I have noticed that of the many they come up with most are exactly what the GOP is or wants to be. Fascism is corporate run and corporate owned government that republican millionaires and billionaires want. Elite corporations disinterested in anything but their desires for ownership of the government and more profit. Then they will work for no laws, no regulations, no oversight and nothing in their greedy way. The republicans in our government seem to be colluding with these corporations who are working against what is best for this country. The republican Supreme Court decision was terrible and they knew what would happen and it did in this last election.

The big corporrations are mostly in other countrys. They should pay a 90% tariff so they can pay there way. Beware of oboma-nation it will take this country the rest of the way under. I sure hope Obomas wife tells all the people more about her million dollar lunches and all the people that she takes with her. That really makes a unemployed men and women feel good.
