@heavynne who claimed: "A lot of people are racists, but cannot stop a person from getting a job even if they are qualified, or stop them from getting a loan, a home, or anything else to better themselves. So that would make them irrelevent. America is and always has been a racist country, none of that has changed to this day."

The point is moot heavyne, whether their is racism or not, the point the tea party is racist was never substantiated no matter how much you or the NAACP repeats the allegation, you got JOHNSON and as far as this white guy is concerned, I am so fed up of listening to blacks, mexicans, or any other race, ***** about being victims I could care less anymore. All you've done is suggest that ALL that we have tried to do to diminish racism has not even put a dent in it, so ya know, SCREW IT!

By the way, when a White person gets disqualified for hire merely because they need a token black to seek the approval of the emotional tampons like Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton,, THAT is RACISM!

Many white people think the idea you have "Black Panters" (or The Negros answer to the KKK), THAT is RACISM!

When Blacks have a Miss America Contest that doesn't allow more beautiful white woman, THAT IS RACISM!

You know, I really wish, Blacks would create their own Universities and Colleges so great, white people would sue the board to get admitted to them. I wish Blacks would maintain neighborhoods so clean and safe, white people would sue the black communities to be able to live there but the fact is, after two centuries, and unlike white people who had to do it, BLACKS are STILL suggesting whitey owes them a freakin living. Well let me tell you something "Braa",, Life was given to you FREE of charge, so it doesn't owe you a freakin DIME and we're sick of hearing it. You think you get discriminated against??

TOO BAD! It never occurs to people like you, that maybe you are just NOT QUALIFIED! OR Too damn dumb to and arrogant to admit you suck

When you have

bdbeans: You're not only dumb, you're a fool. I worked 40+ years and paid in MY social security, so don't play that game with me. You haven't and never will supply a dime to my support. And you're calling yourself names, not me. No, SS is not broke yet, won't be until I'm dead and gone; its still paying out of "our" SS withholdings , and you haven't paid enough in to buy tissue to wipe my ***. Just fund your own retirement, don't worry about mine....according to you, your ancestors have been so "oppressed" that they haven't had jobs that withheld SS that would have funded my retirement. Now sit down, shut up, and take care of yourself like white people have been taking care of themselves for decades! And go **** yourself if you think I give a **** about what you do for a living.

Well, it wasn't quite the token of gratitude I was expecting, but it'll do just the same. You're welcome. Oh, and when that time does come for you, you never know - maybe a "monkey" (since you like that word so much) like me will be the on-call who takes one look at you, realizes you're a just another crinkly 10th floor transfer waiting for a pathology consult, and goes back home. Now wouldn't that be ironic? (I know - I know. Just look at the pictures.)

Funny, Funny. ROTFLMAO. If you would put your tenacity into something that counts, you might be ok. Meanwhile, if you're trying to make me believe that you would ever be "on-call" for anything, you're spitting in the wind...unless you're talking about the electric chair. I can believe that one day you'll be on call for that.

It's pretty obvious that we both get a measure satisfaction at getting in the last word in (see - common ground). We're also probably the last two people to even bother commenting on this blog. Oldbasicgal, at the end of the day, when all is said and done, regardless to our personal beliefs, racial prejudices (of which you appear to have many), political stances and beliefs, it just doesn't really matter. My parents were good people, who raised good people. We were taught to respect all people, regardless of ethnicity. Growing up, I was exposed to whites via my aunt Samantha, who was from Poland, she was a nice lady, as were most people whom she knew and associated with. It was only after leaving my parents home and attending college did I encounter racism. Sad to say, from white people of your generation. Later in Med School, I encountered it again, though it became more subtle. Thankfully, I had a good man, our community Doctor - who was white, who took me under his wing, sort to speak, and explained to me that even though it's real (racism and prejudice), there's nothing that I could really do to make it go away, and that some people are just destined to live their lives pissed off and sitting in judgement of other people. I don't know you, but I suspect that if we were to know one another, we would be cordial and polite in person, as most people are. Whatever your personal beliefs may be about people of color, understand this. You are not black, you weren't born black, you'll never be black. So why is it that you feel entitled to speak with such authority to the sufferings of blacks? Statistically speaking, you probably even have a few blacks that you associate with (routinely in the south, whites who were klan members routinely mingled with their black neighbors), whom would be shocked to know of your bigoted beliefs. But more to the point, I wanted to ask you this. What has a black person, or black people ever done to you personally to foster your harboring of such a caustic attitude towards blacks? Two: What good does all of that bigotry, selfishness and hatred do for you personally? Three: You are aware that exponentially, more whites per capita are on welfare national wide than blacks, whom only account for roughly 12% of the population? Lastly, I've known plenty of people from my community that are on welfare assistance, food stamps, WIC, Section 8, general assistance, etc. None of them, to the best of my recollection were "living well". In fact, most struggle day to day just to acquire the most basic of necessities. Mostly all have similar stories, histories and backgrounds. I was fortunate, and blessed to have two parents, who were also fortunate and blessed. They worked hard, but for the most part they were lucky, and thats life. I look back at my early college days, before med school, where I worked and worked so hard just to afford to have a box of macaroni and cheese to eat for supper while I studied for my MCAT's, and quite frankly I don't know how I made it, except to say that I too was lucky. Many people aren't so lucky - and that's life, but I would be heartless and a bit prejudiced to say that the reason that they can't do better is because they are lazy, or like welfare, or any other kind of mess that I hear people, sadly like you, spew out daily. I'm also a Christian, raised to believe that I am my bother's keeper, regardless to his circumstance, as I would want him to be my keeper in my hour of need. On the day of judgment I won't stand before my heavenly father and have to explain to him why I thought that it was okay to allow any of his creatures to suffer, to be hungry and to die because I or someone that I listened to thought that they deserved it, because they just didn't work hard enough. This has been a most interesting back and forth - I wish you well.

To bdbeans blog of Oct 21 10:19 AM: You wrote that alanrobisch and I "have been badgering bloggers on this site ad infinitum". That is your opinion. There is no "inconvenient truth about certain facades of American life", as you put it. Just truths, period. You accuse me of "spreading confusion, lies, and doubt" but you fail to say what about my posts are just that. You are one dumb monkey if you feel that "most people who....receive their news from CBSNews.com are liberal, free thinking people whom don't need to receive their marching orders from a handful of conservatives bigots with shady pasts of their own....etc, etc". I've read blogs on CBSnews that were almost all conservative, and this blog has quite a lot of conservative posters. You just have not read enough to see them, or you are blind. You seem to know a lot of "big words" but not one shred of truth. You state that "no one here is trying to win you over". I'm just debating, same as you, same as anyone else, so quit your ************ bigot postings about me personally. You don't have to remind me that this is a "free country, have at it". I'm quite aware of my rights. You, on the other hand, can avoid reading my posts if they annoy you, which it seems they do. And who is the "we" that "review my rantings and ravings much as we would a child having a tantrum"? Do you have a monkey on your shoulder? I'm a "patient sort" also, I'm unafraid of you, I'm intelligent, well informed, and I'm also "not swayed by your empty rhetoric and ad-hominem attack tactics on 'your' posters". As for "pounding your keyboard, foaming at the mouth, taking up chanting and meditation" - those are YOUR ideas, so you must be doing them quite often. I, on the other hand, learned keyboarding when it was called "typing", so I don't "pound". I also use two hands and am quite good at it, so I can use my brain at the same time that I type, which, by your posting, you can't. Let me give you a bit of advice also, since you seem to be so good at it.....freedom of speech goes both ways, to me and to you, so don't take my freedom of speech personally. And if you don't have an issue to talk over, such as I have been doing with other posters on this blog, don't bother to post back to me. I posted facts and arguements----you just attacked me personally, not bothering to put any VALUE in your comments. You probably live off my tax money, and you want me to just "keep my mouth shut" as you put it, and keep paying my taxes so that you can keep drawing your check. So long, sucker, parasite. Try your meditation, it might calm you down!

Thank you for proving my point, and just so you know, calling me "monkey, boy, ni$$er, coon, welfare recipient, et cetera" is well within your rights of free speech, but it doesn't bother me. That was a different generation. It also clearly spells out your intellect, and that you are obviously intimidated by mines. If I use "big words" that scare you, then just look at the pictures. I hear that pictures help to stimulate cortical activity of folks your age suffering from senility and dementia. Also, since you're likely a retired boomer or older, from your commentary, its more likely that it's you who are actually living off of my taxes every month, when you cash your social security check. Sorry you didn't get that increase I was going to give you, but your Republican friends in Congress didn't think you needed it this year. I'd let you guess what I do for a living, but that'd really spoil all the fun. Now sit down, shut up and eat your prunes, and say "thank you" to the nice black man who works so hard to support your old bigoted a$$.

To beoutyo: You are the one who has no logic. I admitted that blacks were excluded, and stated that 50 years have passed since then. Whites were just as poor as blacks - there was almost no middle class. What makes you think that there was a lot of "wealth to be passed down for multiple generations" in white families, but not in black families? The "vast" majority of people in the 1920's and 1930's had NO money. Haven't you ever heard of the GREAT DEPRESSION? If a poor man, black or white, walks into a bank with bad credit, neither gets a loan. If the same walk into a bank with good credit, both get a loan. It's not part of the "culture" of this nation. It's part of the law of this nation. When are you all going to stop making excuses?

I have more fun than most at the expense of the Tea Party. The tea Parties problem is the problem of all institutions. The predators will always be there to take advantage of your success. Racism will never die in an open society that values free speech. It can only be controlled to speech. For the Tea Party to maintain a voice in politics, it must return to ideology and be less concerned about the numbers that turn up at your events. I am a fiscal conservative Democrat. I believe in fiscal responsibility. I will never attend your rallies as long as you provide a platform for racists, anarchissts and jack ***** who look for an audience to call other people names.

You can see it is a no brainer that the Tea Bag is made up of neo-Nazis, KKK, John Birchers and other wacko intolerant hate merchants. Don't even pretend there are that many wackos in both parties. The GOP has cornered the market.

I could do a whole lot of writing about the Black Panther Party, but it'd be reduced to self authored talking points. Here, you're intelligent people, follow the link to Wikipedia or just Google it, and decide for yourselves what the Black Panthers were and weren't. The Black Panthers are no longer active as they were dissolved in 1976. The so-called New Black Panther Party has been disavowed by surviving Original Black Panther Party members, and identified as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center and the NAACP. That being said, follow the link, or just Google the Black Panther Party and do your own research. Here's the link to what Wikipedia has chronicled about the Black Panthers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Black_Panther_Party

What was the purpose of the Black Panther Party? Do you even know? Obviously not, because if you did you'd actually know what you were talking about. But you don't, so you puke up conservative commentator talking points. In the next post I'll put some actual, factual information up about the Black Panther Party taken right out of the public domain. Of course you'll maintain your "they're a bunch of racists" tagline. That's fine, but we'll take this a step at a time. I know that learning something new can be a tough thing for someone who's used to being told what they should think by media commentators, but it isn't for you, its for someone out there who may not know what the Black Panthers were, (key word here is "were" because they went out of business long ago), and stood for so long ago.
