Hey CBS.

Sarah Palin's paid speeches just aren't news anymore. They may never have been. You should not be giving free publicity to her business. She no longer holds elective office. She doesn't represent anyone. She is a profit making enterprise.

When Sarah Palin was a child and her family didn't have health insurance, they'd travel over the border into Canada for doctor's visits.

What an ungrateful hypocrite.

You mean like Canadians who currently travel to the US for health care they currently can't get at home? And are you seriously calling her a hypocrite for something her parents did when she was 2 years old? Really? Well, I guess that just makes you a d-bag.

Sarah Palin is pro-divorce and pro-unwed-teen-keeping-the-baby-motherhood. I haven't heard her denouncing those private family decisions.

Since when is she "pro-divorce"? I haven't heard her say anything one way or the other about divorce! I know that one of her sisters has been married several times but I haven't heard Sarah mention it pro or con. The only thing that she has said was that her ex-brother-in-law, the trooper, was abusive and that is why she tried to get him fired. That's all that she has said on the subject! And as for unwed mothers keeping their babies, yes she is for that if it's possible for them to keep them. She is not ashamed of that and freely admits it! She IS against abortion, though, except in extreme medical cases where the woman's life might be in danger if she tries to carry the child to term. She is pro-adoption if the woman can't keep the baby for whatever reason, though. In Bristol's case she was fortunate enough to have parents who are willing and rich enough to help her out when she needs it. There was no reason for her to put the baby up for adoption. I admit that not every unwed mother is that fortunate. In that case, I agree with Palin! They should give the child up for adoption but they should NOT kill it!

I think I need to remind you that Sarah and Todd have been married for 25+ years and her parents have been married for over 50!

Nobody promotes abortion. It is an unfortunate part of life that nobody wants to live through. However, most rational people realize that it is a necessary right.

There is a culture of death. It promotes abortion that my belief says is wrong. The elderly, handicapped will see much less despite the fact that too many Dr.'s and testing is involved to make a simple diagnosis. Fear of legal liabilities left my brother dead with out the "quality & dignity" of what little life was left. These pracitices do promote death. Moreover, I don't want to pay for that. Taxation w/out representation??? This country was founded on Christian beliefs of various denominations so it is extremely difficult to even consider.
You asked when "we the American people" would resolve...Had it occurred to you that government might just be what you're looking for? You're not alone! Federal law is very specific about what it can do. State law leaves a great deal more latitude. Now you speak of marriage. Is that to have the same legal entitlements as a marriage? Why can not something like that be passed, no necessarily marriage however still a legal "spouse." Again, you're not alone, many "significant others" lost out legally in event of death.
Lastly, you are correct in describing D/R. IT'S CALLED PROGRESSIVE these days. It the government w/in our government that is stealing America while we are blind to our laws. Let's work togeather, let's hammer this out. Anything is possible w/God's help. Not to preach, just a belief of good faith.

Let's set straight just one of the many pieces of misinformation in your post: You ARE REPRESENTED. There is no "taxation without representation". You have a vote, as do most other people. The fact that your candidate lost the election, whatever election, does not mean you have no representation. Go read a junior high civics book for heaven's sake.

"This country was founded on Christian beliefs"

I'd like to point out that The Constitution of the United States mentions God exactly zero times. I vote we stick with reason and logic, not religion.
