Since the passage of NAFTA millions of USA jobs were lost by companies moving to Mexico. If we want to talk about human rights, how well off are the Mexicans that took those jobs ? Has their standard of living greatly improved ? Mexico is a rich country. Its President came here and bragged that they do not have a banking problem and enjoys great GDP growth. Why then are millions of their people coming here illegally ? Why are remittances still their second largest source of income ? Why are millions of poor USA citizens unemployed while millions of poor Latinos are being exploited for cheap labor here ? There are answers to these questions people. The Multi Nationals including the news media and our very own government do not want us to ask. Lets get the sheep to look the other way.
