Obama is the one that is misguided on the arizon law. Everyone in the united states should have an ID. Mexicans are no different on doing that. We have to many in our states that are illegal and cause problems for our citizens. We didn't ask them to come here and rape our young citizens, or steal whatever they can, or take americans jobs away from them.
Obama just want's to let them stay to be here to vote for him in 2012.
He knows he's not doing a good job as president, but wants back in.

Article 7 Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution required that the Health Care Bill be authored by the House of Representatives, with only the possibility of Amendment proposal by the Senate -- need I say more. The tenth amendment would have to recognize commerce between two private individuals/entities in a free society is a right retained by the people, and that a mandate to be insured by the federal government MUST have a public option -- that allows a person to meet this mandate directly with their government -- in order to protect the freedom of commerce between individuals/entities. Granted the omission of a public option wasn't something Obama endorsed, but at least their was some approach to this in the U.S. Constitutionally REQUIRED authorship of health care legislation initially provided by the House of Representatives.
Oh, and of course Obama's strict adherence and respect for both the U.S. Constitution and the freedom of religion -- in particular the U.S. Constitution's restriction on Presidential proclamations/executive order's "respecting an establishment of religion".
These are just a few things that have just crossed my mind in the last several minutes -- there are many more, if someone just takes the time to notice... JUST HOW MUCH this waste of an election to turn this country around and piece of U.S. Constitutional disease-infested TRASH, respects "rule of law (which defies prosecutorial discretion)", the U.S. Constitution, and in particular the DUE PROCESS and EQUAL PROTECTION clauses.
Sorry, but a slack-jaw smiling hypocritical panderer who has this little respect for rule of law, equal protection and due process is the VERY LAST THING this country needed.
When you don't have the decency to understand that a status quo of allowing whole-sale violation of rule of law concerning something as critical as who is, who can be and what process is in place to be a citizen of the United States is EXACTLY why the law needs to be enforced universally and aggressively, then the U.S. Constitution must be the last thing of concern on your mind. And BIGGER THINGS, like respect for rule of law over your own freaking opinion before you even open your mouth in the line of duty as President of our country.

Let's see, one of the first things Attorney General Holder did was to use prosecutorial discretion to throw out an entire case against famed corruptor and swindler of taxpayer dollars through sole source contracts generating billions in waste for federal taxpayers for some reciprocal return with massive contract profit overhead to the people of Alaska -- Ted Stevens. That's right, not an appeal process that the rest of us would need to use if the circumstances justified it, but simply a "free walk" and all at ADDITIONAL taxpayer expense.
Then of course, there are the huge number of "loose ends" dating from the Bush Administration REQUIRING DUE PROCESS that have simply been ignored. (That would require easily several MORE paragraphs to even highlight some of the more notorious). Those that haven't, like the people that illegally approved the use of torture -- nothing -- Blackwater contractor's murdering in the name of the U.S. military -- nothing.... Except of course the government continuing to employ these contractors at huge sums of waste for illicit services. All in violation of federal regulations and the U.S. Constitution. (cont.)

I believe Obama can refuse to listen for quite some time. He hasn't listened yet. He appointed Janet Napolitano, for heaven's sake. Have you seen her much touted border "fence"? My grandma could get through.
I hope elected officials hear the American citizens on this matter, illegals are breaking the law period. Our social system has been damaged to say the least,Calif. in particular by undocumented labores coming here getting on welfare, and other social systems , and having large families which we the tax payers pay for. Somwhere , a law needs to be in place stating if the parents are illegals the children born in the states aren't US citizens to put an end to the family matter break up, send them all back.
These people aren't looking to be come citizens legally but by demanding their right to be here by protesting, over half can't speak English the language of this country.

Legal residents in Mexico are harassed on a daily basis where authorities can demand your papers for everything, from work permits to car registration with the sole purpose to extort money, steal your car, or both WITHOUT needing any reason nor cause WHATSOEVER. Both of which have happened to me. They are doing little to thwart the daily murders and much less to help their own people. Minimum wage there is $5.00 a DAY. Their immigration laws are overwhelmingly strict! How dare they raise their corrupt, hypocritical heads?! Everything for them, nothing for us. President Obama should be PRAISING Arizona and protecting his real CITIZENS and not the parasitic, law-breaking wanna-bes. There are legal means to enter our country. Use them or face the consequences just like every American living in Mexicon!

A little reminder here: Arizona and the other southwestern states were MEXICAN property for a while. In regard to your "Good Ole Americans busting their *****" I have lived on the west coast and currently live in the DEEP south. Granted there are Americans who work hard, there also exist millions who DO NOT. I have seen firsthand how all of these "hard workers" lay on their *****, get on WIC, and live off of welfare. For your information, illegals DO pay taxes yet they are unable to file income taxes when that time of year comes around. Thus millions of unclaimed dollars stay in the system. These illegals that everyone keeps offending do the jobs that most Americans are simply not willing to do. I understand that it is tough to grasp this for someone so closed minded, yet it is true. I would LOVE to see all of the jobs, which are currently being done by illegals, done by others. It wouldn't happen and you and everyone else who cries invasion know it. Do you people not realize that you CAN NOT migrate to this country legally unless you marry an American (the easiest route)or are a doctor, superstar, or someone along that status? I was married to an illegal and I know the system! We paid a lot of money to get him legal which was highly unfair! Immigrating legally is not possible in most cases!!!!!!
Also, I would add, my ex-husband is hispanic but 'looks' white! You may as well go to all the ghettos then and assume every black male with a BMW is a drug dealer and pull them over for driving while black!!!! Ofcourse cops don't do that (as much) anymore because the Supreme Court made it illegal, which is no doubt what they'll do in Arizona's case!
