Those who do not support the idea of California supporting illegals leave the state in droves.
This just leaves rich people such as business owners and actors and poor illegal mexicans. The rich are unable to support the illegal mexicans they hire because of the Large exodus of americans who voted with their feet and left dodge city.....
No way until pigs fly will I support an illegal with my tax money.
I'd rather support Americans with my tax dollars.
If you want people come back to California make incentives for americans to return then perhaps you would not have these 30 hospital and schools closings down like they have.

- American 11-2009 summed it up pretty well I think. They needeed the illegals to bring in the crops because americans would not do it . Why? The american people wont be treated like prison labor. The growers have to have thier beach houses and cadillacs. Well the price of fruit and broccili and things of that nature are just as expensive today as they would have been without the immigrant labor , even more so now.SYMPATHY CAN BE FOUND IN THE DICTIONARY BETWEEN SH--T AND SYPHILLISS BUT NOT HERE.i FIND RATHER FUNNY THAT THE SO CALLED COMPASSIONATE VIEWS TOWARDS ILLEGALS HAS COST THEM THIER TOURISM AND SECURITY FOR REAL AMERICANS.

- I hope that the rest of the nation is paying attention to the debacle here in California...because the Golden State is indeed the template that President Obama and the Democratic Party hope to implement from coast-to-coast.

- Considering the millions of dollars being spent to pamper the illegal alien pupulation, it is no wonder that Calif. is sinking into the status of a third rate country. Newton's Third Law states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. For every action California initiates to raise the status of the human sewage that flows across the border, it lowers itself by a like amount. Welcome to the Third World, California.

- California will do just fine. Back in 1992, Republican governor Pete Wilson tried to give out script in lieu of real pay checks to state employees, that did not go over well. Republican governors of California usually pretend that they will NEVER has to raise revenues to pay the bills, so they try to cut schools and people howl. They might learn some day, but not anytime soon if Arnold is any indication.

- Meantime, with millions of Americans without jobs, the invasion continues, no Liberal Democrat will address the 500 pound gorilla in the room, and millions of invading, plundering, welfare loving, Illegal Aliens taking millions of jobs that should be American jobs and 100,s billions of dollars in social services that should be for American citizens!

- No, you should pay for services received. Also services are designed for the benefit of the entire society, not just those who pay or not. For example parks benefit the lives of all, whether you use them or not. Public schools benefit society, whether you have kids or not. That is how universal, single payer health care will work when we finally get it. For the benefit of all who need it and the healthy people will help pay for it until they need it, etc., etc. , etc.
