Comments on: CBS Poll: Uncommitted Voters Say Biden Won
But Voters Also Say Their Perceptions Of Palin Improved
- An Urgent Message from The National Republican Trust PAC
Dear Fellow American:
Never before in the history of our nation have we faced such a grave crisis: one of the most radical political figures ever to be nominated by a major party is just minutes away from becoming President of the United States.
That man is Barack Obama.
He promises to change America forever. If elected, he will do just that %u2014 but in ways you may not like.
Remember Obama is the most liberal member of the United States Senate.
He received a 100 percent Liberal Rating from the National Journal, making him the most left-wing Senator in Washington %u2014 more liberal than even Democratic senators like Ted Kennedy.
If you look at Obama%u2019s record, you will understand just how dangerous this man is.
He even has terrorist friends he won%u2019t denounce. One such man is William Ayers, a leader in the radical terrorist group the Weatherman Underground. The group bombed several government buildings, including the Pentagon, killing civilians and police officers.
In 2001, Ayers said he had no regrets for his actions and wished he could have done more.
The ties between Obama and Ayers are tight. Both served on two non profit boards and they worked closely together. Ayers even hosted a political event at his home for Obama.
Obama has acknowledged he is a friend of Ayers and defends his association by saying he, Obama, was only 8 years old at the time of the Pentagon bombing. - Reply to this comment
- It seems that a lot of people just look for something to raise H*** about. And to what purpose?
They should instead be looking at what obama has been doing for years. And to wind up with the reputation of being more LIBERAL than Ted Kennedy... - Reply to this comment

- Whoever advised Palin to wink to the camera made her look a "I''d-like-you-to-come-to-bed-with-me" type of person which, to me, is *** - to say the least.

- Senator Biden certainly seemed presidential in the debate. I was disappointed that Governor Palin chose the cutesy ham approach. I do not need a leader who winks at me.

- Democrats have higher levels of education and IQ on all studies I have seen.

If that were so, then why are you trying to fend for a radical, racist, socialist, America hating, candidate, whose wife hates America, whose minister can''t say God Bless America, but, rather, God D**n America, and whose friend tried to blow up America? Also, this just in.

Read the whole thing, if you are smart enough to read and comprehend. Your messiah might not even be a citizen. Republicans didn''t cause, or ask, for this. Hillary''s crowd did.
Better get your beads out and start a prayer vigil. October surprise???
Democrats'' IQ would not register on the Richter scale. You people are dumbbells. - Reply to this comment

Sorry about that. As I was saying it is most likely benign in nature. Some twitching is caused by vitamin deficiency. However, the edema is not normal. - Reply to this comment
- In that I have no medical training, maybe you could inform me if the occasional twitching of his left eye might also be symptomatic of recurrence.

I have read reports that indicate this edema could be a symptom of a recurrence of the last melanoma episode. It was, in my opinion, highly irresponsible of him to name someone so apparently inadequate to step take his place should he suffer a fatal relapse. The most egregious aspect of this is that it was just a political stunt designed to give him more stature in the polls.

You sir are correct. They try to minimize it with how they place him on camera etc. But there is too much edema and makes me suspect something, which is not so benign. Also if you noticed in his debate with Obama he made sure he kept the side with the swelling turned away from the camera. - Reply to this comment

I guess you missed the part where I finally got a civilized response out of her. Grant you not the response I was hoping for, but it was still a truthful one at that. - Reply to this comment

- CBS is so blatantly and unabashedly biased that its polls are worthless. Anyone who knows how to poll knows how to produce the evidence they want by tailoring either the questions or the target audience.
CBS and the rest of the New York media are trying to transform perception into reality by getting a boob-tube programmed electorate into thinking they way the media wants them to think. They have contempt for the intellect of their audience, and will probably find that out the hard way when the election results start coming in. Just as they do every election. - Reply to this comment

- Stormy,
That was taken out of context. We were discussing how a small statement no matter what the merrit is, could be seen in the eyes of our enemies. I did not mean it to sound the way you took it. Really I didn''t I was just making a point. I am sorry if you took it the other way, it was not meant that way - Reply to this comment

- To clarify, the reason I think the world opinion is important has to do with security (military coalitions are often better than a unilateral front, so we want nations to WANT to join us), and the economy (we gotta keep our lenders liking us so they don''''t sanction us).
Very true, but still We have to be able to repay them someday. I mean surely one day there going to call us and say, time for our payment. Then what? - Reply to this comment
