Comments on: Reality Check On The Town Hall Debate
CBS News Fact Checks The Presidential Town Hall Debate In Nashville
- Mr. NObama_SUX clearly finds English grammar, punctuation, and syntax challenging. It is no surprise, therefore, to find that he has the intellectual facility of an ant, and the wit of a constipated ape.
Look up "marxist" in the dictionary you reactionary fop. Then run to the nearest High School to finish what you have neglected.
If you are a representative of the "Average American" (what your fellow dunce Mrs. Palin calls "Joe Sixpack"), I fear for America''s future.

- Mc Cain has joined a long line of Republican nominees that throw out blatant untruths during debates.
It''s time he start addressing issues instead of trying to score cheap political points by spreading bad info. - Reply to this comment

Yes Obama is qualified I know that he is not the one you want but that does not matter. He has the smarts so to say, he is looking to help his record shows that working to help the poor. This what America sees neo cons have spent so much time trying to make the poor out to be a cancer on society that now they have made such an enemy of the middle class (they try to help the poor) that they are not only loseing the poor (who could not defend themselves) but the middle class who vote very heavly. You can''t win with just the base and now the Republicans are seeing it.
They keep saying eveyone who disagrees with them is a traitor this also works against them. Also, swift boating will not work because they already did that one.
Any way you look at it Obama does look qualified he just gets better and better with each debat and the GOP knows it but can''t stop it.
Sorry to burst you bubble. - Reply to this comment

- In the debate last night, Barack Obama showed more intelligence, a natural ability to perform in the job as President of the U.S., poise, & character. McCain on the other hand showed anger & inpatience. McCain is not an even-tempered person as shown in his campaign & in the debates. I would rather have 4 more years of George W. Bush than 1 year of John McCain.
From the beginning, McCain''s campaign has been about lies! McCain''s empty attacks & lies on voting records & policies proposed by Obama last night showed how desperate his campaign is. How can anyone possibly trust the Republican party at this point.
And then when McCain said, "That one," in regards to Senator Obama...That was over the top. It just showed flagrant disrespect, among other things...McCain makes Cheney look like a warm fuzzy rabbit. Self-control is NOT a McCain characteristic. And I certainly don''t want someone in the White House without it.
By the way, seems like John & Cindy McCain were too "good" to stay & shake hands with the small audience at the debate. Gosh, those poor folks had to listen to McCain for 90 minutes & the McCain''s flew out of there 5 minutes after the debate was over. It is clear that John & Cindy McCain think of themselves as elitest & too good for regular folk! Can anyone say "out of touch?" - Reply to this comment
- After last night''s debate, I can''t imagine why anyone would think about Mc.Cain again. In my eyes Obama won hands down, even though he was defending himself against GOP lies, some of which are detailed above, for an excessive period of time. I also can''t imagine why people like "doctorcool" here are so enthralled about the Ayers story. Over the last 22 months Obama has explained himself again and again on this. It''s a non-story and to keep bringing it up is real evidence for how desperate the GOP is. After last night it should be Obama or something really radical like bringing back the Queen.
